On demand service, no one knows how to do it as Same Day Express. You can’t go wrong with SDE

The worst experience I have ever had with any courier service. I ordered a 5 hour service from Los Angeles to San Diego leaving at 1pm and I was quoted it would be there no later than 6pm. My client checked in with me to see where it was at it was approaching 6pm and it wasn’t there yet. So I called in to Same Day Express to check where it was. One of the guys there said he was stuck in traffic and and they can not guarantee it will be there within the 5 hours as traffic is unpredictable, which is true. I asked why no one has updated me to mention there is traffic therefore it won’t be arriving on time, he avoided answering. Then I asked specially where is the driver, he again avoided answering me, after asking him several times he said he would find out. The driver was still on the 101. I asked how come it had taken him so long to get on the 101 if he had left at 1pm, he got annoyed and said he would send it back to me. At this point we were going back and forth so much and admitted he and left only at 3pm– I was frustrated as to why it had left so late and he said there’s nothing he can do because of traffic, didn’t make much sense and went back and forth and then randomly the phone hung up. I called back and spoke to a different gentleman, this guy apologized and said he would no longer be working within the company. I asked to send back the items to me as at this point I didn’t even trust it would get there at any point that night or trust whether it would be safe as the package was expensive. He said the only way I could get a refund was if It went direct to the store it came from, therefore I had to meet him at the store. I said for the driver to call me 30 minutes before he was there and I will come and meet him. So about 30 minutes later I receive a call, I asked the driver what time he left he said around 5pm. So not only had the driver left WAY later than he was meant to, they lied to me about when he left and have made me meet him to pick up what they failed to deliver properly at the time quoted. The driver was really nice and apologized and said he’s not sure why they had him go at that time and delivered it back to the store. I would NEVER recommend to use this service to anyone that wants a reliable and trustworthy service. They are very very shady and I still do not have my refund.

Reasonable rates and helped me out of a huge jam!

I was left in a pickle on this lovely Friday and Sam @ Same Day Express Delivery helped save the day. We had a package sent by AACargo from my Miami location and they sent it to SAN instead of SNA. AACargo was a nightmare to work with but I called Sam for quote, he answered right away and gave me a quick figure. I made a couple more phone calls, he had the best price and was able to jump on my project right away. Unfortunately, Friday OC traffic made it a little late but I know that is not his fault. I would definitely use this company again.

The fastest and friendliest delivery company in San Diego County. I have tried many other delivery companies in San Diego and none of them make me as satisfied as Same Day Express. There title does not do them any justice. Any time i call they are ready to serve me with the best price out there. Thank you so much for your hard work and effort.

Firstly, a big THANK YOU to Same Day Express Delivery Service. This company was reliable, very timely, efficient, easy to work with, professional, friendly, and overall awesome.
At 8pm, I was able to contact this service and arrange for a pick-​up at 9am in Los Angeles and drop-​off at 12pm in San Diego for under $ 200 (a friend had forgotten a wallet and needed it ASAP). Fedex wanted $ 400, and limited me to 1lb., as did all other same day courier/​shipping services.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
