If it werent for the fact that they can deliver on base I would be fucking furious that I paid for this shit.

This is the absolute worst pizza place. I personally witnessed roaches running across pizza. This place should be closed down

The pizza here is better than any other pizza I have eaten, I love their gyros, and the spaghetti is amazing. I order from here all the time. The food is always delivered hot and within a reasonable time. You can not go wrong with Roma’s.

The guy was rude on the phone when I called to order. They said 1 hour and 20min max. After an hour 20 I called to ask about my order. They hadn’t even sent out my order yet. I asked to cancel my order then and the same rude guy hung up on me. Very bad customer service. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t handle the service.

If you’re thinking about ordering pizza from this establishment, just go to the bathroom and flush your $ 30 down the toilet instead. You’ll save yourself the time and the dissatisfaction of actually having to eat their food.

This place is right around the corner from my house, like literally 1minute away. My boyfriend and I love this place, we order from here about once every two weeks I love the cheese pizza and my boyfriend loves the philly cheese steaks from their, Sah is the owner and he is such a good guy last night he even walked the pizza over to our home. They also have great deals a large pizza carry out is only $ 5.99 and this pizza doesn’t even compare to little Caesars. I definitely recommend this place !

I have ordered from them twice. Both times I ordered, they told me that my order would arrive in 45 minutes. The first time, my order took about an hour and 45 minutes to arrive. The second time delivery time was over 2 hours. Pure ridiculousness. I will not be ordering from them again. I wish I knew other places that deliver on base.

I’m only giving this place one star because zero is not an option. It took over three hours to receive our order. When our food finally came, the pizza was cold and hard.
Do not order from here unless you are looking for a terrible experience.

Seems this place gets a lot of hate, but I’ve had two good experiences with them… sooooo yeah. They’re fine by me!
Pizza is actually pretty friggin good, for what it is. I also tried their wings and those were pretty good as well!
The wait times CAN be a little extreme. Called and they told me it would be «an hour and 15 minutes.» That’s a but much, but to their credit, they delivered in exactly an hour and 15 minutes!
BONUS: For all the Navy ppl out there sick of ship food on your duty day, they deliver on base. Pretty clutch.

Review Based on Pick-​Order Service:
I called to place my order for pick up and a spanish lady answers as if it were her home telephone. I asked if I was calling Roma Pizza and she conformed. I ordered the pizza and wing special witch consist of 1 large 1 topping pizza 10 wings and 1 two liter soda. I was told to pick up in 15 minutes. When I arrived place is a little beat up, spanish lady who answered behind the counter with what appeared to be her son. My pizza was literally coming out the oven when I arrived. She boxed up my wings and pizza and instead getting a two liter because she was out of diet it was replaced with 4 diet pepsi cans. Im ok with that.
Review On The Food:
Let me begin with the pizza itself, If you can remember how classroom pizza party pizza tasted like this is exactly it. This kind of pizza is actually good tasting when piping hot. So I can’t say its horrible pizza nor it’s great, it gets me out of having to cook dinner. Now onto the wings! I was very surprised that the wings were actually tasty since the pizza didn’t do it for me. The wings were cooked to a bit of crunchy-​ness that I enjoy. They are taste better then Pizza Hut & Little Caesar put together. So Roma Pizza gets an A-​Ok by me.

Placed an order with these folks tonight and I swear I needed a translator. Not trying to sound racist or anything, but my order was wrong! I called back and the manager told me what I «ordered»! What threw me for a loop was, she read my order BACK to me before we hung up! So when I called back about my order, her employee’s excuse was, «she didn’t understand what you said!» ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! So done with this place.

Horrible!!! I called, made my order, they said 45 minutes. I am STILL waiting for my pizza, so I called. I said my ordered and she said she didn’t have my order and then back tracked and said the driver took it to Coronado. Now, EVERYONE knows that The Pacific Beacon is NOT on Coronado, it’s on 32^nd St. The driver finally showed up, but forgot half my order and the pizza, it was cold… too bad, because I bet the pizza would have been awesome hot!!! I took the pizza, but would NOT sign their credit card slip and said the service was horrible, the driver walked off without a word. I called a second time and said my salad was missing, she said, «Oh yes, a salad a small Greek salad, we have it here,» then she asked if I would wait 5 minutes and they would bring my salad. This is the second time I have ordered from here and BOTH times this has happened. Just because I’m in The Navy, doesn’t mean I’m ok with horrible service! Would give NO STARS IF I COULD!
It’s been MORE than five minutes and STILL no salad!

Being in the Navy and having responsibilities that wont allow me to leave the ship, i have called upon Roma’s to bring me food to the ship. I have cant be happy enough with them. They bring food and its in bulk. You get your moneys worth. Also the owner i believe is named Sal and he is a stand up guy. Reason being i tried calling several times on morning and no one answered, he called back and ended up giving me a discount. Top notch.

Wow, I guess this place slipped by my Unilocal radar. I didn’t check Unilocal prior to going here and as the prior reviews state. Pizza will arrive not on time and soggy due to the heat in an enclosed box. Pricing is cheap but service is so horrible I can’t use them again period. Personnel that work here seem to not understand english well also.

Will never order from this place again. This was the only Pizza place that was allowed to deliver on the Naval Station base. I ordered a pizza at 5pm, told them my address and they said 45 mins. 1 hour later I called and asked and they said they were on base. 30 mins later they called and said they couldn’t find my apartment. I told them to just forget it after almost 2 hours waiting for a pizza. Very disappointing because their pizza isn’t half bad.

we recently moved and like to support local business over chains when we can, they left a hanger on the door so we thought we’d give them a try.
the first time we called they said the wait would be an hour and a half. no thanks!
tried again tonight and the guy on the phone made us repeat everything ten times to the point we just said forget it and hung up.
so in short, we have never eaten there and never will, and its all their own fault! eat somewhere else these guys are a trainwreck.

Would give no stars if I could. This place was terrible. Located just 1.5 miles away took 2 hours to receive pizza. The first call they said it would be another 10 minutes the second call they said they were waiting on the wings. When the pizza did arrive it was cold had no sauce instead of extra sauce and they forgot the ranch dressing for the wings. STAY AWAY.

I went there this past weekend and got the Cheeseburger/​Fries/​Soda special for $ 4.99. The burger was ok, the fries couldn’t have been a lot better,(they were those scrawny soft fries with no salt). The lady working there was nice though, but since she was the only worker, it surprisingly took a good 20 min before my friend and I got our food– we were the only customers. But then again, for $ 4.99 I musn’t compain. All in all, friendly service, mediocre cheeseburger/​fries.

Very good pizza and friendly staff. They have great prices as well. I’m not sure if the promo is still running, but they had Large 1-​topping pizzas for only $ 5.
Overall, a good pizza, at a good price, from a good locally owned pizza place.
