When I took the plunge to open my own law practice I knew that executive suites would be the best option to keep my costs down. I have been at ROC for a little over a year now. Choosing office space at ROC — La Jolla has been one of the best decisions I made in opening my practice. The price is competitive. The staffs at all locations are exceptional. It’s common to have both professional and friendly conversations with them. Not only do they take an interest in my line of work, they also care about my personal life.
Beyond all this, the physical appearance of the space is superior to any other executive suite I have ever experienced. The first compliment I receive from clients and guests to my office is the beautiful office space. They love the open concept of the reception area and the overall look. Huge pictures of The Rolling Stones and The Beatles are great icebreakers when I greet my guests. The themes are consistent throughout all of the ROC sites, making me feel at home whether at my home office or while visiting the other sites throughout Southern California. I like to describe ROC as the young, hip executive suites. But don’t let that make you think it’s any less professional.
The ROC La Jolla Team greets my guests with professionalism, offering water or Starbucks coffee from the Café Bar. They are on the spot to assist in any way possible with a warm smile that is genuine. They love their jobs! Since I am on my own at the office, they have become my extended office crew and I look forward to seeing them daily. But wait, there’s more!
ROC has the most innovative executive suite concept I have seen. They host Free Lunch Fridays on a monthly basis to bring entrepreneurs together to collaborate. They recently teamed up with a local law school to provide incubator-​style office space to new law school grads at a rate affordable to these new attorneys. They host evening events for aspiring authors. They are constantly looking to expand and continue to attract entrepreneurs covering many industries. I have never seen these efforts from their competition. And let’s not forget our monthly «Wine Down Wednesday» happy hour. Hosted by ROC, it is a great wine and cheese event that encourages everyone on our floor to get out of their offices, grab a nice glass of wine, and get to know our office neighbors. All of these events have created not only a sense of community, but many friendships are forged as well.
Bottom line — If you are looking for an executive suite, you must tour Real Office Centers. I can’t imagine touring any of their sites and choosing another space. ROC is simply that good.

I can’t say enough great things about ROC. I didn’t ever think I would house my firms at an executive office. I had visited every single building in UTC for our firms’ ‘home’ and ended up liking 4225 the most. We were waiting for someone else not to renew their lease so we could move in, so we went to ROC for a 3-​month period. As fate would have it, the company did renew their lease as it is a beautiful Irvine property. I renewed my lease for ROC for the successive two years.
It has been wonderful. The staff are outstanding and extremely happy and efficient, not to mention gracious and professional. The office is very well run. The community is a wonderful one with great people, some of whom have become very close friends. I have recommended ROC to many people, and would love to have more friends join me. As their biggest tenant, I cannot imagine a more wonderful office experience and really would not want to rent my own space at any time in the near future.
