My elderly parents were referred to Evan Vapnek but never got to see him. Office staff was rude and tried to foist them off onto a physicians assistant. PA was rude to my deaf sister and would not look her in the eye or slow down speech for her. Dr. Roberts was more understanding and spoke carefully to my parents and my sister, their caregiver. He was thorough and precise. When rescheduling the visit, the follow up visit was postponed for an additional 3 weeks with no explanation. When my sister asked why, the PA practically ran away from her. Parking company refused to honor the handicapped placard even though my parents called ahead to make sure that handicapped parking was available. Evidently it is available to people in wheelchairs and on crutches, for a price!
