I had the best experience when I was at the shop today. I brought my skateboard to get some new bearings, and the very friendly staff helped me out and helped me changing the old ones with the new. The rest of the equipment looked nice, if you need to rent boards for surfing and stuff.

Rented a beach house in Mission Beach for a week, rented all our paddle boards from this shop for the entire week and got an amazing deal from the owner. After a few days we ended up buying a paddle board and got hooked up with a great deal for a Riviera board. Anytime we come to Mission Beach/​bay this will be our go to shop. Knowledgable staff and great owner… all about supporting small business!

Best surf shop in San Diego. I bought my surfboard, wetsuit and my leash from here. They hooked me up with an AMAZING wetsuit (Women’s Topaz by Body Glove) and a great deal too. They really just want to get people out on the water asap so they are very willing to help you find exactly what you need and answer any questions you may have. They also do rentals so consider them even if you want to just enjoy a day out on the water surfing!

Went in here today for a few things.
Wow, a shop without vibe? Guy working was the right balance of knowledgeable, nice and overall had that good-​guy vibe… without being pushy or a surf DB.
I’d go in more if it was closer to my house, but next time I need some gear, this place is on my list.

Five stars because the people here actually surf, know surfing, and are involved with the local surfing scene.
The store just opened up, but has a pretty nice selection of boards, and of course there are the usual wetsuits, shirts, etc.
All in all, definitely stop by here first if you’re in that area– it’s a cool place and local owned by a good guy.
