Great service! I used to go to a new dentist every time I got my teeth cleaned, but only see Dr. Quan now. He removed my wisdom teeth painlessly and always makes sure I am comfortable. If you don’t have a regular dentist you see, try this office and you will be pleased!

The lady at the front desk is very rude! Our first appointment was scheduled at 10 by her, but when we showed up yesterday our appointment was at 1:00pm in their computer so we had to re-​schedule. Which was very unfortunate due to the fact that we both work as well as we drove from North County.
But thats only the begining. She decided that she did not want to try to contact my insurance provider to verify my dental coverage so she called me, with a very rude tone, telling me my appointment was canceled and i had to talk to a «supervisor» if i wanted to re schedule. I am still waiting on her «supervisors» call back. I also left a message that was never returned.
So in a nutshell she didnt do her job, and then blamed it on me.
The worst staff ever.

Just thinking about going to the dentist makes most people cringe. Let Dr Quan change your mind. I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled before I even knew. He’s fast, thorough and caring. He takes his time to talk you through the process, explain everything and give you advice on how to keep your pearly whites healthy. The assistants are nice as well. I’m going to do the zoom teeth whitening. I’ve been to many dentist, but I’ve never been this comfortable. If you’re looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend Precision Dental.

If you hate to go to the dentist, this is the place for you! Dr Quan is the nicest, politest, most gentle caring dentist you will ever deal with. I drive over 60 miles just to get work done. Before him, I willfully abstained from going to the dentist for over 10 years.
