Pizza Hut

Ordered a large pizza. Got a medium one. it’s cut all sloppy and not even warm. I called to let them know. And the girl hung up on me.

This was the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been been too. They told us 30 minutes it took an hour. That was with us calling in the order.

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The management is garbage. Melissa doesn’t know what she is doing. Customer service there is horrible. Go to papa johns.

Ordered a large stuffed crust. The pizza was alright, they’ve made it better before. Also ordered some bone out buffalo wings, and they were terrible. They were so small, they were a poor excuse for wings. Won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Save your money, and go else where

This sucks I wanted a cheesy pizza! I can’t believe we waited so long for this pizza. Very disappointed Pizza Hut.

This place seems to NEVER be able to get an order correct. We call for delivery and they always forget to bring the complete order, this has happened twice in a row. Needless to say we will never be going here again.

The pizza is good. There’s a huge issue with the time management though. If you get delivery then you’ll get your order faster than lightening… Carry out though… I waited for an hour in the store. I also ordered online 15 minutes before I got there so I could pick it up and leave. Oh how wrong was I!

LATE DELIVERY! and worst of all discussing pizza that my poor daughter and sister threw up a few hours after eating… aren’t you Pizza Hut? how was it so horrible! DONT ORDER. Shame on you Pizza Hut

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and decided I would try it. Wow I was impressed, I ordered online which was very easy, had to call because I forgot to put my apartment number and the girl on the other end was nice, very welcoming and helpful. The options for customizing your pizza was amazing. I ordered my pizza with honey Sriracha sauce instead of marinara. Incredible. The crust was very fluffy and full of flavor. Everything was delivered on time also. Pizza Hut definitely has a new regular customer.

Ordered the breadstick & 2-​liter deal with naked wings. Everything was hot & fresh & delicious! On time, friendly driver; even though we ordered on a Saturday afternoon downtown during the mercato where it’s almost impossible to drive. Definitely impressed.

I ordered a cheese pizza with 2 garlic sauces on the side and literally an ONLY cheese pie arrived with no red sauce and the garlic sauce inside, this is beyond unacceptable, on top of it it arrived 25 mins late and cold. I called to complain asking where my order was and the girl that took my order (which probably has grade school level of education) told me that it was supposed to arrive 15 mins ago and to just keep on waiting! Never ordering from this sh*t hole again!

I’ve had pizza ever since I was a kid, that being said, I’ve backed up some toilets in my day lol. This time it was the worst, I had never ending diarrhea to the point of having to use paper towels since I ran out of toilet paper lol. I still have a rash .lol.
Also I gave my dog some crust and he started going all over the carpet and I missed my favorite show, «Real Housewives of Atlanta.»
I’m never ordering $ 50 worth of Pizza Hut again.
Delivery was on time and the driver smelled good.
Only reason this does not get 5 stars is because I’m reminded of that stinky day every time I see the big brown stain on my carpet.

The pizza was delivered to my house earlier than expected by twenty minutes, props for that. However I order 5 toppings and they failed to put the one topping I wanted on most, which was mushrooms. I’ll choose either a different location or pizza joint altogether next time.
I can’t stand customer service that fails to follow orders.
The delivery man was very nice. The other pizza we ordered was undercooked. So never this location again.

All in all. One huge let down. I was really looking forward to the new crust flavors, but Pizza Hut, you got to nail the pizza before you start experimenting with the crusts. Got pepperoni and mushrooms pizza and an order of bread sticks. Both were really just not good. I also had a request written on the online order and they seemed to completely ignore it. Pizza said 45 min online, it took more like 70 min.

I don’t order often. When I do its always what I ask for.

Ordered at 930 pm on a Friday night, told would take 90min for delivery, starting calling to check order. No one answered the phone. Checked bank account saw that the price was credited back onto my card. They cancelled my order without telling me. Perrrrfect!

Out of the 5 times I’ve ordered from this location, 4 of them were horrible experiences. Once, they served me raw chicken! Then acted extremely rude when I called them on it.
Last night I waited two and a half hours for an order that simply never arrived! I called and checked on it after an hour and a half, she told me it was on its way. I called after 2.5 hours, they said the card had declined (wrong expiration date) and they tried to call me right away. They never did call, and further more, never said anything when I called an hour and a half later.
The manager (Olga) is beyond rude and unapologetic. I can’t believe how much so as I am always polite on the phone even when I’m mad as hell. This store has singlehandedly removed me as a pizza hut customer. Pizza Hut corporate needs to send somebody undercover to this location and get the place back in order before they lose even more customers. It’s a shame too, because I love the food normally.

Pizza is great. Pizza Hut is great. This location, despite its bullet proof glass and not being in the best locations, is reliable every time I come by after I order online.
People are friendly here and I’ve never had any issues. Apparently avoid deliveries from here though.

Most horrible pizza joint that I’ve ever been to. This place has bulletproof glass and staff acts like they’re untouchable — don’t pay attention to your order and don’t rush.
Order take out and skip the line of people with food stamps.

This place fking sux!!! Delivered our pizza to the wrong person n told them there’s sell him the pizza even though he didn’t order it.
We were next door. Called them and they told us we were lying and refused to send us another pizza. The guy next door said head sell us what he hasn’t eaten for $ 11. Lol
The manager was help. Called me a lier and asked to speak to the guy next door who bought the pizza. Then called me a lier saying he sounded just like me.
Fk this place don’t ever order here.
Forgot to add– the managers name is Olga and the fail if a driver who also lied was Jessica.
Manager does not know how to handle incompetent employees or treat customers with respect.
Don’t argue biatch. Just admit you guys fked up and send me my PAYZZA!!!
Drivers name was Jessica. Sold our pizza to the highest bidder.
