Phantastic Nails and Spa

5 of my friends and I, called to make a «reservation» and when we arrived, they didn’t take our appointment into consideration, they even let 2 women ahead of us. They were busy. (its Saturday) but the whole time, they seemed rushed and eager to get us out of their hair. When my nails were drying, they made me pay right away… so I gave them my card, they ran it and then they asked for my signature… (while my nails are drying)
The guy that was there told me to just wait to sign it until after my nails dried. so i agreed. AND 5 seconds later, one of the ladies rushes up to me and asks me to sign it. i told her i had to wait for my nails to dry and she rudely walked away. She immediately went over and told another one of the ladies that I hadn’t signed my receipt. So then they both come up to me and told me I have to sign. My friends and I were shocked, they were acting like we were not going to pay. (even though they had already ran my card). I told them to relax, and i signed it. My nails weren’t done drying. SO OF COURSE, THEY MESSED UP! I was so mad, but simply paid and walked away.
As we were leaving. One of the same ladies ran over to my friend and told her she couldn’t leave because she had to pay. My friend was the first one to pay!!! THEY ARE SO RUDE. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

New name, new management and some new décor. Got a pedicure here and it was refreshing to see the new shop. I saw some new faces and some old ones from the shop before. The service was okay everyone seemed to be getting familiar with the new management systems and procedures.
The staff was not as loud as before (under the old management/​owner) with their personal conversation which was very pleasant and more professional I must say. The owners were friendly and very hands on and I hope they do well.
