Donna and her team have been looking after my condo since 2007. This has included day-​to-​day management, overseeing an extensive remodel and everything in between. I have always found the service from the team at Perfecto! to be excellent, and over and above what is required. I am constantly kept updated on what is going on in my condo, as well as anything that is of relevance that is going on in the building. I never have to worry about being away because I know Donna and her team will take care of everything with great attention to detail and care. Perfecto! really is an appropriate name for this company — everything they do is done to the highest standard.

Perfecto! is a dream come true. Owner Donna is amazing. She is our eyes and ears in San Diego when we’re not there. She fully managed our condo renovation project, and her eye for detail and her lack of fear in confronting and questioning contractors about substandard work is excellent. Even the week Donna was on vacation, her associate took care of us as if she were Donna herself. We know we can count on Donna anytime for peace of mind and whatever concierge-​level services we need!

Donna and her assistants provide the highest level of care and service that I have ever encountered. What is most impressive to me is that Donna can and does solve every type of «problem» that comes up for her clients. She custom-​tailors her list of services to meet your specific needs, whether it is as small as watering your houseplants or as large as coordinating an entire remodel, move-​in, or move-​out while you’re away relaxing and enjoying life. She is simply amazing. No wonder I’ve heard some of her other clients call her «my angel» and «my miracle worker.»
