Patrick Wingate: All Western Mortgage

DO NOT EVER USE THIS PRICK. He’s an entitled asshole with an attitude. He speaks down to his clients and agents that he works with. He promised to have a loan done in 21 days and had signed off on the purchase agreement stating that the loan would be done in 21 days and it was not. if you use this man, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT that you have on the home!!! and when you call him to tell him, the deposit will be lost and so will the home… he will answer «That doesn’t make any difference to me». OH OF COURSE IT WONT PATRICK. You only care about yourself, you inconsiderate prick. You shouldn’t promise a loan will done and have someone sign a contract depending on you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JOKE OF A MAN!

I would like to add more review about that lender and his company. First my family members are not happy at all working with him. He told me that I will pay you to change my stars because he knows he did mistake with us. I know that was not true. Now I had to do another refinance because he did not calculate my payment right! In 3years my payment went up $ 110 and it was going to keep increasing everry year. It is not wells fargo fault it is the lender and his company. I am glad that I work with good lender after that big problem I had before. My payment should be fixed now unless my insurance went up. That what it is right now. I am glad that I did that. Thanks god for his help.

Patrick Wingate has been working for my loans for a bit over 8 years now. From my first house, refinances, until now I have 2 houses, all the loans were done by Patrick. Not to mention 3 of my refinances. My loan isn’t simple, my purchases are either foreclosure or short sale. These types of transaction requires loan officer to be very patient, detailed, and often drags on requiring him to work with the seller (banks, which is never pleasant to work with). Patrick pull through on every single deal in time, which I have tried other officers who lags and couldn’t approve my loan at the end, causing me $$$. My first home took 1 year to go though, and Patrick were with me the whole time, walking me through each steps, giving me advise on how to save money (FHA, PMI, Conventional loans, refinance). I trust him more than my own agent when coming to advises, and I am glad I have always trusted him.
Funny part is we have NEVER met each other in person, but he still get the jobs done. Gave me best rate and min. fees. and most importantly peace of mind. I am now working on my 3^rd house and Patrick is definitely someone I won’t let go in my real estate team.
