Patagonia Catering

They catered our wedding of 150 people and it was amazing! They made empanadas, as well as some ‘American’ and Italian dishes that we wanted. They handled everything and did a great job, no problems at all. From the appetizer service, dinner, desserts, and even homemade pizza late in the night after everyone had been drinking and dancing all night… And their prices are more than affordable! I would highly recommend them.

Great Service and Food! Enough Said!

By far the best catering we have had… we use them for all our events at our academy and home parties… our favorite is the barbecue all done to perfection by Fernando and of course the empanadas are to die for!

I had Patagonia catering provide food for my wife’s 30^th birthday. We invited about 65 people and Laura was awesome. I haven’t ever thrown a large party without my wife being involved. Having Laura help me plan the menu for the size party we anticipated was immensely helpful. She helped plan a menu that made sense for feeling we wanted to achieve and the budget I was comfortable with. We wanted to provide a slightly upscale cocktail party and Laura did a great job with her suggestions. People loved the look and feel of all the food that was served. The taste was amazing. The steak skewers were well seasoned and not overcooked, the chicken was moist and had a delicious pop from the balsamic glaze and the empanadas were incredible. I liked it all, but the empanadas were hands down the best I’ve ever had. We had nothing leftover and that was 100% because people were in love with it all. Laura and the team at Patagonia catering were great. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Patagonia catering is fantastic! I know the owners personally and they are two wonderful women with great culinary and design skills. I used them for a bridal shower brunch and they prepared beautiful quiches, frittatas, scones yogurt parfaits and breads and apple tarts. The presentation was beautiful and food delicious! I have had their food at other parties and it is delicious! I would use them again and again! Gracias Carola y Laura!
