Wow! Chris and his crew just left after doing a fantastic job. We had a tree removed, 3 trees trimmed, and some out of control ivy trimmed up. They finished everything in just a few hours and cleaned up perfectly. Chris came out the day I called for an estimate and was able to do the job the day after we called him to schedule. They take pride in their work and they certainly should. We will definitely hire them in the future.

I contacted Chris after reading reviews on here and a recommendation on another site to remove and stump grind 11 palm trees. He was out the same day to take a look and provide a quote. He was open about what he’d need to do to get the grinder in, and had a very good price. After a few days we scheduled a day, he came out with a crew and did the work exactly as quoted. They actually left the yard cleaner than it was (granted out yard isn’t very clean), blowing off our patio as well.
I’ve already recommended him to someone else and they were pleased as well. I don’t often need trees removed, but I’d definitely recommend him again!

The best ever! I called on day one and by day four, my 20+ foot Queen Palm against the house was gone along with the roots! Great guy, Chris, as well as his helpers. Cleaned everything really well. Another 5 star rating for Chris. Came out immediately and gave me a quote. Scheduled work promptly once I told him I was ready (had to wait for birds to fly their nest). Chris comes out and does the work himself. He did a great job. He shows up with the tools to do a good and efficient job. Communicates well. Cleans everything up after the trimming. His assistant was very nice too. Very happy and would not hesitate to hire him again.

I contacted many companies to have a small palm removed and another tree trimmed from growing through a fence. Many I never ever got a response from. Chris came out the day I talked to him to look at the trees, gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than the one other I had gotten and I just knew from meeting him, he was the guy I wanted to do the job. He let me know that afternoon he could do the job the next day, he showed up, got the job done just as I was getting home from work, cleaned up a plant debris mess for me that I made, and I saw that the area was cleaner than when he arrived… what more could I ask for! I will get Chris out for any further work in the future. Thanks Chris.

I put off having the fan palm trimmed and skinned for over a year. After reading the reviews I reached out to Chris who responded promptly. He came out the same day for the estimate and scheduled the work for the following morning. He laid down boards to protect the tree and yard and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Chris and his crew member were friendly and knowledgeable.

Last Monday, the owner left me an estimate to trim two Queen palms. I called the following morning to set up a date for the work but had to leave a voice mail message, since he does not answer his cell phone. Late Wednesday, without asking about my availability, he left a message saying that he would be at my property Saturday at 11:00 am. That night, I left him a voice mail message that I had a scheduling conflict for Saturday, and the following morning (Thursday), I left him a detailed message saying that I was available earlier Saturday morning, or one of four days the following week (i.e., this week). By Saturday, I had heard nothing and left him a follow-​up voice mail, asking him to call and reschedule or let me know if he could not do the job. By the time I heard from him today, I had decided to go with another company.

I’d been trying for over a year to get someone to skin & prune twin Mexican fan palms in our front yard which have gotten too tall for me to prune safely. Every place I called was either way too expensive, didn’t have insurance, didn’t show up or never called back. Ugh! I was ready to cut them down. Then a saw a review on Unilocal for Paradise Palm & Tree and decided to give it one last try. Chris returned my call! Yeah! Once he was able to take the time to come over & have a look, he gave me a very reasonable bid and said he could do them that day (a Saturday) if I wanted. Wow. They look great! I’m so glad I connected with Chris. I now have a couple signature trees for the property that enhance the way the place looks. Thanks Paradise Palm!

I am happy to say that the other reviews were true. Paradise Palm provided me a quote that I could not refuse. They beat the other companies’ quotes by a mile. Chris and the crew arrived around the promised time. The whole removal process of our tree from start to finish only took around 30 minutes. No nonsense, friendly, and efficient service.

Okay, now I know why this company has so many 5 star reviews on Unilocal; it’s because they are the best. We called Chris last week and he came out within a day or two with a very reasonable quote. We obtained one other quote which was much higher for the same work — — remove one very tall Queen Palm and trim 3 other very tall ones. He came out to do the work within a few days of us calling to let him know that we wanted him to do the work. The work was done perfectly and they cleaned up the site to make it much better than before; they even blew the palm fronds off of our roof. Chris is very polite and seems to enjoy his work. We will definitely hire this company again for our future Palm Tree needs.

What a breath of fresh air! I didn’t use Paradise Palm & Tree Trimming Service last year, but I definitely will use them again! Chris came to trim our palms on short notice and did such a great job! Additionally, he cleaned up areas that could’ve been done better during the prior trim (not completed by him), was polite, professional and very knowledgeable in regards to overall tree care offering unsolicited but welcomed advice. Prices are very reasonable and actually one of the main reasons we switched to his services in the first place! Thank you, Chris– we look forward to working with you in the future!

Chris is a big time straight shooter and hard worker. I would highly recommend him if you have any tree needs, of if you one day find yourself up a tree!

Nothing but high praise for Chris and his awesome team! My experience was positive from first contact to the completion of the palm tree beautification project. They trimmed 10 queens and a few kings with care and finesse. These guys hustle while creating a dramatic transformation of measurably better curb appeal. My front yard and courtyard look magnificent. Chris knows his stuff; he identified 5 species of palms for me while spouting off the names of a couple in Latin. I noticed lots of harmony between Chris and his staff while they worked. This was refreshing to see. All this awesomeness — and he submitted the lower bid, too! This is the second time I’ve had Chris come out for Palm tree service. First time to trim palms in my front yard, second time to remove some in my back yard. He did such an awesome job! He left the area cleaner then before he showed up too!
Chris was super personable and professional. We spent some some chatting about what I needed done, but also bounced ideas back and forth about future tree and vegetation plans. I even asked him questions about my palms and how to transplant a few to a different location. He was super helpful! I ended up having him do more work then I originally planned because of the idea taking we had done. I’m so glad I had him do all the extra work I wasn’t planning on at that moment.
Great job and I’ll use him solely for all my tree needs. Thanks Chris!

I need to give Chris two five star reviews because I never got around to reviewing my first interaction with him in late April/​early May.
First Review: I contacted Chris after being strung along by another tree service company (PM me if you want details). Chris was very responsive on the phone and came out the same day to give me an estimate. While higher than others, Chris’ quote was still reasonable and I didn’t try to bargain him down. My gut told me to go with Chris because 1) his customer service skills were top notch and 2) he knew exactly what I wanted and what needed to be done which in turn made me trust my plants with him and assured me his quote was well thought out and fair. Chris couldn’t get me in the same day, but was able to schedule me three days later (Spring is a busy time after all).
Alas, we ended up canceling because our newly hired landscaper claimed he would prune everything as part of our landscape overhaul.

— Better than expected: palms were in an area that he couldn’t use a stump grinder, so I expected there would be significant size stumps but not the case. Chris cut them down to barely noticeable.

There is a reason this company has five stars! Called him on a Tuesday afternoon and he came by on Thursday did a quick estimate and got right to work did amazing work and cleaned up exceptionally well!

Awesome job! Our 2 queen palms started dropping dates all over the yard, which was fine by me. Then one of the large and sharp branches came crashing down. Time for a trim. Chris and his teammate were friendly, efficient and careful to protect our fruit trees below as they trimmed. They even cleaned up the fallen dates! We’ll definitely be calling them again the next time.
