I’ve been to this location a couple of times. This is the only Papaya shop that I’ve seen so I try to make an effort to go in when I can. The store reminds me of another Forever 21 type store, but slightly different. My first time here, I was excited to find a pair of flats and a cardigan that I’ve been looking for(the flats have been a big part of my warmer season wardrobe ever since that purchase!). My second visit I wasn’t able to find anything. They do have sales/clearance racks and are pretty organized and clean at this location, but nothing really stands out for me. I still enjoy going around and trying to find those choice pieces to wear. There are always a couple ladies that are working when I’ve been here and they’ve told me about the«return policy»(which I made very sure that I wanted my items before purchasing). Overall, this store can have some nice pieces of clothing(just depends on what you’re looking for) and you can luck out if they’re on sale, but it’s also a store that I’d only go to if I was already at the outlet.

I had an unfortunate experience today. After an hour of trying on several pieces of clothing I headed for the cashier to pay for the dress I found. I looked around the cashier area and noticed that there was noboady in line. I also noticed that the cashier was busy folding some clothes. I waited until she looked up. When she finally did, she looked behind me and told me that the people behind me were in lune first. Seriously!!! She wasn’t even paying attention. She called the group behind me forward and completely ignored me. I turned away in disgust and placed the dress I was going to purchase on one the tables. I had planned to only make one purchase today… I ended up purchasing a couple of items at Victria Secret where I received a great and friendly service. Papayas lost a sale today.

Can we say Teenybopper? I was a tad overwhelmed by all the 15 year old girls talking trash about their friends while waiting in line. I like how papaya organizes their clothes by color so that you can shop this way. The store has a little bit of everything. They have a plethora of clubbing clothes some that would be barely be considered clothes in my opinion. They also have peacoats and work clothes all of which are nice except for the random gaudy addition of something like a flower. The man in front of me in line literally bought over 100 items. He was decked out in Gucci jeans and his LV wallet and proceeded to pull out a giant wad of 100 dollar bills. The cashier lady couldn’t even fit all his clothes on one receipt since there was«Item max out» so he had to pay first and then continue to scan the items.
