I was looking for patches for a while and some previous patches I had made were decent quality but I was looking to step up the brand and look of my business. I finally came across Pacific Sportswear and met Rich, who is a great guy by the way and is very personable! I had these patches designed and made in about 9 days total so that was amazing. He said he was in busy season and typically can get you patches faster but to me, 9 days from design to in my hand was super fast!
Cost was very reasonable but the quality was EXCEPTIONAL! Very nice custom design, clean looking, sleek, and professional. In addition, they are nice and thick and are not flimsy at all. I don’t know what else to say other than it was 100% headache free and everyone loves my patches! Thanks Rich for the help. I will definitely use him again for all my patches, hats, etc!

Frankly I’m amazed to not see a ton of awesome reviews here for Rich — or any reviews, for that matter! Rich has been around for a while and DEFINITELY knows his business hands-​down.
My club worked with Mr. Soergel on the creation and embroidery of a large back patch, and through the whole (sometimes painstaking) process, Rich was superb. Through several iterations on artwork (that was the hard part — since we had a committee of reviewers and a bunch of small tweaks to work through as a result) Rich was great to work with, and maintained good communication and professionalism.
Once we got together to pick the actual thread colors based on our artwork, it was clear that he has years of experience and knew exactly how to recommend the solutions that would result in the kind of outcome we were hoping for. Once we got the physical «proof» version in actual thread that we could touch and see in different light/​angles, we were all thrilled — even the subtle shading elements were exceptionally well-​captured and represented, and we’re now eagerly awaiting our final products.
Again, Rich was super professional, made great recommendations after getting to know our style, what we were looking for in a patch, what kind of use-​cases we had, and made the whole process much easier than I anticipated it was going to be. I can’t recommend him or his work highly enough, and if anyone needs a recommendation for this kind of thing, I’m sending them to Rich.
