Ozzy is at the top of his game in the amount of knowledge & expertise he provides you throughout training. As a woman my primary concern was losing weight. however ozzy teaches also how to tighten & tone areas of the body specific to both men and women which in turn creates an overall better looking physique than just losing a few pounds. I would recommend trying out Ozzy Fitness even for just a consultation and you will see he actually knows what he is talking about.

Ozzy is the third trainer I’ve worked out with. He does a really great job at motivating me. I look forward to my sessions and definitely am more sore with less weight than when I worked out on my own or with other trainers. I have recommended Ozzy to my friends and will continue to do so.

Ozzy is just the best trainer in San Diego. He is very professional and also very friendly. He knows it’s not all about money, it is peoples health he has on his hand and that’s when you realize how Ozzy cares about each one of his clients. I trained with Ozzy for about a year(until I moved), and he was amazing. He completely changed the way I work out and eat. I used to do only cardio and yoga, and I was thin, but lacked muscle mass. He integrated weight training into my workouts and totally changed my body, helping shape up and tighten the areas that I’ve always had trouble with. Ozzy taught me routines to work out specific muscle groups, and explained which routines I should focus on for my body type. The results were great and I kept getting compliments on how great I was looking from friends and family. Also Ozzy’s diet advice made me change the way I eat. He helped me incorporate a balanced diet focused on protein,(before Ozzy I didnt’ eat much protein at all and didn’t understand why I needed to). Since working with Ozzy, I have a better understanding of what I need to put into my body in order to produce the results I want. Since moving, I’ve been able to continue Ozzy’s routines on my own in LA, and with proper eating habits, I have been able to maintain my physic. I’m extremely happy with the results I received while working out with Ozzy AND with the knowledge he’s given me in order to maintain the results even after our training has ended. I have recommended him to all my friends in Sand Diego and will continue to do so. He is by far the best!
