I went there to get a replacement nose piece for my radars. The manager quickly found what I needed. It was free, because he said it was left over from another order. I also have the jawbone cycling glasses. Oakley has great products & customer service. Thank you.

Just got a new manager his name is Joshua. My boyfriend and I came in looking for new lenses. Not only did he show us every possible option for our style of glasses but he told us about a deal. You give them your old frames and lenses and you get half off a new pair! Do it it’s so worth it! We got new frames and polarized lenses for the price of new frames!

I came to the Oakley store in search for some parts for my sunglasses which are starting to show their age. I’ve had my straight jacket Oakley’s for several years now and they’re literally the best pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned. These things have been dropped constantly every which way and still seemed to have gotten through in one piece. The rubber sock pieces on the side were starting to rip and come apart. The lady who helped me was great enough to go grab new sock side pieces and put them on for me. They gave me a 20% off coupon which got me out of there for only $ 11. This store carries tons of sunglasses and accessories alike, so its your best bet for finding any parts you need for your glasses. Oakley makes quality stuff in my opinion and I hope to get even more years out of my sunglasses, they really make a difference when you’re outdoors a lot.

I strolled into this Oakley store asking them if they carried anything similar to Smith Optics’ Photochromatic lens for snow goggles. The girl look at me like «photo-​what?» but the guy was like «I got you girllll» The guy took the time out to show me their new Prizm lenses. He brought out the nifty iPad and showed me side-​by-​side comparisons and everything. He put a ton of effort into trying to get me to buy another pair of Oakley goggles, but his efforts were all in vain because Oakley doesn’t carry Asian-​fit in store. (I have a button nose so I definitely need Asian fit goggles) 4-​stars for the dude’s effort.

After 7 years of wearing the same sunglasses and after 3 months of looking around I choose to switch to Oakleys — Went to my local store in UTC and was really pleased with the no-​pressure customer service from Austin today 8\3\14 — ended up with a custom white Gascan frames, Jade Iriudim Lens and gun-​metal emblem

I have been to this Oakley location twice. The first time the guy that helped us was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He helped my BF with every thing he needed and was very knowledgeable. The second time was to return something. As soon as I walked in a sales girl recognized I was wearing a hot off the press pair of Oakley’s. She knew her products! Everyone in the store is obviously well trained and great!

Too much Oakley shopping makes Jack a poor boy. or something like that.

Very helpful gals at this location, willing to chat with me about the different types of glasses they have including the some history on the Oakley (the brand) and the glasses. Overall, good selection, fine salesmanship, and willing to let you shop and try on — and still be friendly if you do not make an immediate purchase.

I love my Oakleys, and so when the Oakley O Store opened in the former Gamestop location at Westfield UTC, I went here with some maintenance questions for my Ice Picks and X-​Metal Juliets. While I wasn’t able to get replacement nosepads for the Ice Picks — due to them being a discontinued model — at least they offered to tighten the earpieces on my Juliets. Pretty cool staffers… and the display up front is nice to check out as well.
