Tried to post for Carmel mountain road location. Not finding it. Anyhow, great surprise delivery of cupcakes to work today. Yummy.

Bundtinis are a hit or miss. First time we went, we got moist bundtinis with good frosting. The next couple times, we got runny frosting that spilled everywhere.

The raspberry white chocolate is my hubby favorite. The bundlettes are perfect for a hostess gift or a large party. Gluten free friends love the GF option. The staff is helpful and friendly and this location a great.

This place is a touch of heaven on earth. This is by far the best cake place in history. From the cream cheese frosting to the dense moist cake, this place has got cake figured out. If I gain 100 lbs I’m fine with that cross to bear, as long as I am fed these delicious cakes. They come in all sorts of sizes, from tiny to tiered wedding cakes, the cover everything. Flavors like lemon(my favorite) to carrot, you will not be disappointed! P. s. they have samples available daily. Your welcome.

I’m a frequent visitor to the Del Mar location but the newest location in Carmel Valley is much better! The center is never crowded and I always find a parking spot right in the front. Plus it’s located next to trader joes, Starbucks, riteaid and other shops so often times you can kill two errands at one time! We always get invited to a holiday dinner of some sort and like many don’t want to show up empty handed. A nothing bundt cake is always a hit! They decorate them beautifully for any occasion and wrap them up nicely with a card on top too! The cakes are always moist and delicious. My favorite flavors are the red velvet and lemon. They always have samples so just ask if you want to try a new flavor! They will continue to always be my go to bakery for birthdays, celebrations and holidays! My daughter calls them«butt» cakes ;)

It’s probably my fault for visiting when a neighboring high school just let out. This new store is brand new and cute on the inside. It was just manic crazy with high school kids trying to hoard all the free samples. The staff seemed a bit stressed yet cautious which didn’t make for the warmest first impression. No biggie — hopefully they can work all their soft grand opening kinks soon. They did sample their little lemon bundt cakes which was nice. We left with sis’ favorite White White Chocolate. The bundlet costs under $ 5 and is a decent portion. Keep in mind the bundts are served cold which some people might have an issue with(we personally don’t). There’s plenty of parking for this newest location. They’re next to Starbucks and Baked Bear. It’s nice to have NBC in this part of the neighborhood but their Via de la Valle location is still our favorite.
