For several years, I have been bringing my kitesurfing kites to be repaired here. Simon does a great job and stands behind his work. Today, I picked up my 7M kite from him and he didn’t charge me anything. Simon said the kite may have torn because of a previous repair he did where he was not able to make the previous repair strip wide enough. Such integrity is rare. His prices are also very reasonable.

Awesome! My kite was torn pretty badly to where I thought it might be done for or at least really expensive to repair. Enter Simon from North Star Kit e and Sail… my kite was fixed in 4 days with a really professional looking repair, color matched and everything. Best of all it was really affordable… when I picked it up I was even charged less than the original quote… how many businesses do that these days? Very honest & professional business. I will go back for all my kite & sail repairs in the future and would recommend anyone else do the same.
