I was a little nervous about the whole dental implant procedure, but was even more concerned with looking like a hill billy with a missing tooth, so I followed through with the referral from my dentist. Not sure how you could ask for any better treatment, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a kind and caring staff. Lilly was great and really helped melt away my anxiety, Jennifer took the time to explain all the options and what they could do for me but was never pushy. It really comes across that they have your best interest at heart. When I met Dr. Andrus I knew I had come to the right place, he was professional, knowledgeable, confident and just a plain nice guy. I can’t describe the consultation as anything else but feeling confident about the outcome. I chose to have them do the implant and couldn’t be happier with the results. He actually called me personally the next day to see how I was doing. If you’re faced with the unfortunate situation that requires this kind of work, do yourself a favor and go see the staff at the Rancho Bernardo office, you’ll be glad you did, they will make a somewhat intimidating process almost enjoyable… and how is that even possible?
