Working with Nicole is an absolute pleasure– she is organized, bold, creative and fun! We have worked together on weddings and photo shoots and time and again she has proven to be a consummate professional. I trust Nicole to get things done– she stands by her word, she always responds quickly and stays on top of situations so they don’t have the ability to turn into problems. If you want a stress free wedding, planned to the smallest detail, then hire Nicole George! She handled last minute snafus with the venue and vendors with equanimity. I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter’s wedding because Nicole was in charge. The guests couldn’t stop raving about the wedding. Thank you Nicole and staff for your time and talents!

I cannot speak highly enough of this woman and my experience with her for our wedding. I live in SF but was planning a Los Angeles Wedding. It was terrifying not being there to work out the details in person. She regularly offered to go to the venue, run my errands and do any local legwork I was not in town for. I found her through one of her colleagues and let me tell you, we were two peas in a pod within minutes on the phone. She was prompt with her email responses(no matter how silly my questions were). She was thorough and checked in frequently. She was my «month of» coordinator, but she attended my venue meetings, reached out to vendors that were dragging their feet, and so much more well before the one month mark. She was emailing me monthly check-in updates. *swoon On the day of, she was organized, prepared and getting it done! My wedding was by far the most wonderful day of my life… and I can’t imagine it going as smooth had she not been there to usher the day. The Groom’s parents were an hour late. This threw the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception WAYOFF. She kept me calm and was able to get the food served on time and get the night back on track with the schedule. The bartender almost ran out of bourbon. She went to more than three liquor stores to source the Groom’s requested liquor leaving her assistant behind to keep everything running smooth. If tension started to rise and I felt panic swelling in my throat, I would tell the nearest person«Find Nicole!» And she’d pull through. From Bourbon, to tampons, to a broom for a photo prop, to an earthquake(yeah, there was really an earthquake at my reception). She was able to pull all the tricks out of her hat and kept me calm, cool and collected. I can’t even imagine how I would have survived that day without her there. I felt like I had my brand new BFF there to take the curve balls with a wink and a smile. I would tell anyone planning an even to call her. I am amazed at the level of service I received for her small fee. and the fact that she gives back to the animal world is a big plus and speaks volumes about her heart.

Nicole is worth the investment. She is on time and is ready with the right questions to ask the vendors. She knows the terminology and has the knowledge to plan such a big event. I am so happy we hired her!
