Niakiani Roya, DMD

Went to Dr. Roya Niakiani for an Implant, which takes time and is still in process now. However, I’m very impressed with Dr. Niakiani’s attention to detail and not settling for anything less than what needs to be done. She is persistent in obtaining the desirable results, a rare attribute in today’s fast paced world. Additionally, she clearly explains the steps involved in a posiitive, upbeat way. She is a gem and I am so glad I found her!

Ended up at emergency room!!! after unbelievable experience with this dentist. She cancelled appointment the day of appointment, then never returned calls to reschedule. Office claims they never got phone messages I left in reception, assistants ext. and DRs emergency after hours voicemail.
first they «forgot» to take impressions when I started, so had to reschedule another appt. then they cancelled appt. AGAIN saying 3D imager broken. so when when I went in a week later didn’t even use imager, used manual trays???
Promised to have temporary tooth for Daughter’s graduation photos weeks before… didnt come in time… blamed lab.
Even after 3months of trying to get through they still blame phone service company.
Finally ended with me in ER with abcess in gum and tooth surrounding extraction & bone graft… now have to remove another tooth… RUN dont walk away…
Too bad, she seems like very nice person…

I was there a few weeks ago and saw a new dentist; Dr. Z. She was very good, had a great sense of humor and did not try to up-​sell me anything. I was in and out in 30 min with a cleaning and a filling and they are watching a few other teeth.
Was as good an experience as you can have when going to the dentist.

Secretary is RUDE!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Although the image of the office as you are greeted is excellent, the communication between the doctor and myself was atrocious! Dr. Niakiani is very pushy with her sales and though I maybe needed to streighten my teeth there was nothing wrong with the way I look. She made me feel ugly if you can believe it. The concentration is only on $$$$$$. Stay away from that place. They will make you feel horrible about your looks and then sell you something to make you feel better.

I have been going to Dr. Niakiani’s office now for about 3 years. The staff is super friendly and they uses alot of the latest technology. they even have tv’s in the ceiling for you to watch while they are drilling and scrubbing away.
I know this isn’t my best review, but I am in a hurry. Hopefully, the 5stars will speak for themselves. :)
My only issue is that a lot of times I feel like I am being «sold» on some services that I am not sure if I need or not. I usually chalk that up to them being extremely thorough. I have had beautiful results on everything Dr. Niakiani has done for me. I seriously can’t speak highly enough about her and her staff.
