Cara is very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped in. I mentioned a few problems I was having, and in addition to a great massage, she offered me a few pieces of advice for later to relieve some of the tension in my back. I will definitely be back to see Cara, and have already handed out her business card to a friend!

I found Natural Balance Wellness Center through Amazon Locals.
Cara was professional and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable and caring and made me feel welcome. She asked me general questions about my health and about my massage preferences. She also explained her technique before starting our session.
She gently checked-​in from time to time to make sure I was comfortable and that pressure was right for me.
Location is easy to find. Plenty of parking. Her office is clean, quiet and comfortable.

The office is pretty, clean and comfortable. She offers tea, coffee and water. The relaxed tunes were so soothing.
Cara was very knowledgeable in her field. Very personable. Felt comfortable. I bought two Amazon deals for my boyfriend and myself. She focused on his tendinitis and knees. He felt looser and really seemed to like her skills.
I’m 4 months pregnant so she was able to accommodate me. I enjoyed being surrounded by the pillows. It was so relaxing. I didn’t want her to stop. I also liked that she got to you first and understand where you needed more work. I really loved it and will come back again.

Look no further for a really great massage. I went in for an appointment on Saturday, 11÷15÷14 to see Cara. I was as stiff as a board. She did a FANTASTIC job or relieving my aches and pains Cara is a true expert. Cara is professional, caring and really knows what she is doing! Thank you Cara. I will see you soon!
