Ordered tiles on Tuesday and was told I should get the files by Friday or Saturday the latest. Not true. On Friday afternoon I had to call them to find out that my order would not arrive until the next Wednesday. Only after I complained that I had remodeling work pending on those tiles, were they willing to let me pick up a portion of the order Saturday. This delay has set back my remodeling schedule. I did not even receive an apology for this delay. I really wish I could just cancel the order.
