Dropped by to see if I could find a used specialty-​sized filing cabinet for an odd space in my home office. Can’t remember his name, but the gentleman who assisted me was incredibly helpful, knew the stock well, and found something that would work for me, even loaded it into my vehicle. Very good price on a high-​quality used piece. Will definitely check here first when I need office furniture in the future. Thanks!

In fairness to Jay at Miramar Office I felt it necessary to update my review. I received my credit card statement and found that Jay did refund me .023% of my $ 8800 purchase. So I received $ 200.00 back. However, the delay of the office furniture did cost me much more than $ 200.00, so it was nice to receive something back for the energy exhausted on this transaction.

Nicest staff I have ever had help me. Knew what I was looking for and my likely price range. Didn’t try to oversell me, just showed me my options. Was not pushy at all. Great selection and great prices on used furniture!

This place is absolutely horrible! I can guarantee that you will never experience more horrible customer service by the management. They are liars and bullies! I have been dealing with them for months trying to resolve an issue and they seriously suck. Its too bad because of couple of woman that work there are really nice but Irvin or Irwin is completely rude. I cant remember the name of the other guy but he is not better. They don’t even deserve one star. They have called me with threats and demands on two occasions. Im sure there would have been more but they dont return phone calls either. They are the ignorant owners/​managers ever. I hope Sally finds a new job away from those guys.

I went to this place in search of a task chair to use with my drafting table and came away with a great chair – also two very versatile rolling utility tables, as well as another super good chair for my office – and all items at a very good price. The stuff is used, but in great condition. Joel was friendly and definitely focused on customer service – he took the time to show me around and pointed me in the right direction. Sally was friendly and helpful. All around a very good experience. A good vibe in this place. I would definitely shop there again and/​or recommend it.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I was afraid for my family’s life. I have 2 year old who was running around but was not wild just a 2 year old. A very big 300 pound at least guy came around the corner and took my son and said stop playing around and go see your mommy. I then told my wife to put Mason in his seat and let’s go. I told the guy I had 500 in cash and was going to buy an office chair but the is no reason to talk to my son like that. This big guy said that’s fine get the f@$& out of here … F ING Pus@$. Continued as my wife was saying your better than that just leave. He continued with profanities all the way to the door were my wife said what is wrong with you. Just stop it we have kids. I have never Sean anything so horrifying in my life. Once out side a young lady working they was saying omg I’m so sorry. then an off duty police officer asked me if I was ok. He said he thought he was going to ha e to call for back up the way he was acting. He also left because of this. I ask to talk to a manager and a guy that look like his brother came out and said o we have video I will look at it. He didn’t care either. There are much better places to go. Let’s see if I get a call back. Come to find out the guy that was the manager is Jay the owner. He ask if I wanted to come look at the video with him. He doesn’t get what a liability his employee– friend is. Please think 2−3−4 times before going. Very violent people.

This outfit is great! Extremely helpful, do what they say, and offer solutions we hadn’t thought of. Outstanding customer service! A breath of fresh air. We received delivery a few months ago and love the furniture we got for our home office.

I think that the furniture options were good. We had some trouble with delivery but it got worked out. The delivery crew was very helpful and I thought they were great.

I’m participating in the research and design for our law firm renovation and we dropped in to browse reception desks.
They have many options. The place looks more like a warehouse than a «store», but who cares when the product is quality and the service is superb which it was…
Sally helped us — she was very knowledgable and honest about what she knew. She didn’t gas us or try to up sell, and was very courteous of our time. I hope they pay her well. If they don’t, they certainly better start.

Have wrist/​elbow issues, so asked to work with it for a while. The staff let me, and were very accommodating, helping me to construct a setup like my home office.

This is a great place for quality office furniture at a great price both new and used. I was looking for a good quality ergonomic office chair and went there to check it out. it’s a huge warehouse with both new and used items which is great because the price on new stuff is very competitive and the used stuff gives you a great idea of how well things might hold up, provides a lot of value for your $$. I purchased a new chair, which I found to be a challenge for me once i sat in it all day and upon follow up, I found them to be extremely helpful and focused on finding me the right chair. I’m still working with them on that, but I’m really impressed by their selection, price and customer focus! When it’s time for my new desk, it will be the first stop.

Just furnished an office for 13 people… we searched high and low for the best quality and the best price. I am a tough critic… but working with Jay, Urban and the rest of the team was great. We got beautiful stuff at a very fair price and the guys worked their tail off to get it all set up for us.
In the future we will save hours or time and just call Jay.

From the perspective of a building manager, the delivery guy that was sent to lead the delivery and install of furniture was rude and combative with myself and staff. Would consider using them again IF this individual was not involved, I still think they deserve a second chance.

I realize the economy is in the pooper, but I’m expanding, so I figured I’d try to score some cheap office furniture– my copier is a bank repo ha ha– AND I LOVE IT!!!
I found this place via word of mouth, showed up and scored like 10k of office furniture for 900 bucks. I’m talking 2000 desk– 130; herman miller chairs– 40 each.
They get new stuff every day– while I was there they got new stuff– check it out for office stuff– delivery is 65.
