Mike’s Giant New York Pizza

Best pizza ever. The guys at the counter R always polite and super cool w customer service.

Very rude and unfriendly.
Horrible customer service.
Long wait time for simple order and they tried to screw me over and not give me my drink what all that was included in the combo.
I won’t be going back and you should avoid too.

I always order their ravioli and it’s good. Nothing amazing but when you’re craving it, it hits the spot. Their pizza is good, my daughter loves it.

We decided to have dinner delivered this past Friday, 5/​20, so we called Mike’s. I ordered an extra large cheese calzone, an order of beef ravioli, a Philly Steak sandwich, and fish & chips. I was told it would be delivered in 35 minutes or less. It arrived about 65 minutes later.
The food was pretty bad. My wife threw away half of the calzone, the ravioli was the frozen variety but had a generous amount of sauce and melted cheese. On a scale of 1(L) — 5(H), my daughter rated it a 2+. My fish & chips? Not the fresh Pollock advertised and easy over cooked.

Been getting pizza here for years since I was a kid! The wings here are really good. Also the meatball subs are great too. The large pizza is big and for a great price. Way cheaper and better then Pizza Hut. Right next to the la palapa :)

This is a great place to eat, pepperoni pizza is delicious, the reason of one star is because I ordered my food around 8:50 pm and website said I can order till 9pm, I waited around 40 minutes to get my food like any other place, then driver arrived with an attitude telling to my wife that next time make the order before 9pm, I talked to supervisor and he was very nice to us telling us will have a conversation with driver. Again food was perfect but my bad score is because bad attitude from driver.

I’m from Philadelphia so I know ALL about New York Pizza and this isn’t it! Also the prices is too high to not be authentic!

Lol, i ordered a calzone with pepperoni and a small salad for delivery and this dude charged me 28 dollars. You must be out yo damn mind! He said he doesnt charge for delivery but obviously tried to charge me double the prices. Haha NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM!

Ordered on EAT24. It estimated 45 minutes or so. Came on time. I had ordered like a 20″ pizza (don’t remember exactly) and the buffalo chicken (no sauce on them). My street is kind of dark so he had a hard time locating the address. He finally saw me. I had to make sure that there was no sauce on the wings cuz I don’t like anything spicy. He said he didn’t know cuz he was just the delivery guy. I’m like ok whatever. Usually delivery drivers know what they are delivering. Gave him the money. As I Was walking into the house he called to me and he pulled into my driveway to catch up to me. He handed me a bottle of soda saying that it was on him. I was like” are you sure?” Him: yea it’s ok. Kudos.
I had stopped ordering from the other Mike’s NY Pizza place cuz they could care less to details from the pizza/​chicken making people down to the delivery guy not bringing everything I had ordered.
I liked the last time I had ordered from here cuz they were on time and the older delivery guy was really nice and paid attention to detail. Let’s see how it is next time.

Terrible terrible place. Food is barley ok. but the service is absolutely aweful. They could care less about u as a customer and make u feel very unwelcome. Never going back.

Mikes giant pizza is on point. My opinion, the slices are the best way to go if your eating solo, if your going to feed a party or for the family, get the extra large and up. You won’t regret it. Crust is nice and thin, sauce with cheese piled up on top is what pizza is about. And they know how to make it happen. Recommend

I’ve never eaten pizza in New York so I have no clue if this place comes close. Probably doesn’t, but I do know I like the taste of this pizza for what it is. Something about the crust I really like. Me and my friends always order the huge giant pizza cut in squares not triangles please. And I’ve never had an issue with the service but from seeing the guys who work here I can oddly see why some people have. They don’t seem like the winners of customer service awards.

Ordered in the eat 24 app then got a call from Unilocal telling me the place was closed (its 7 and they close at 9) i called the store and asked if they were doing delivery and they said yes –_​– i attempted to order albut when i was gonna give my credit card information he told me to hold on then he hung up on me… when i called again and said i think the call dropped and he took my order again… then he told me they couldnt take credit cards cause the machine was down. i call bs since this happens often with them… in short they advertise on eat24 as open till 9 but will close whenever they want and they seem to not want any business at all. i wish i could properly express my frustration by cussing at them on the phone or on here but i consider myself a reasonable human effin being unlike the people working at mikes

I went through absolute hell trying to tell the company to use google and type in the address to navigate to us. They still didn’t understand. I then used Unilocal to order, but the pizza places’ oven decided to «break down» despite my order somehow being ready. I don’t recommend this place.

Just called the place guy over the phone was super racists. Told him if his food is halal told me to go to Iraq. So I told him some unpleasant words :). Don’t go here service is shit I’m sure like there pizza.

The pizza is huge and the crust is just right. Friendly service, good deals for a group sesh.

For a little hole in the wall location this place is actually pretty amazing! It’s a great go to when you have a ton of mouths to feed with short notice. The pizza is yummy and worth every penny. I ordered the Canneloni on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We used the Eat24 app to order delivery. One hour passed, with a receipt emailed — nothing. We got a call saying they had no drivers. WTF?! Why didn’t they call us and let us know?! RUDE. We called the restaurant and they hung up on us. We called back to complain and was spoken to incredibly rudely. Never, ever order from them again!!!

I give Mikes a 10 the pizza is so delish’s cheese and crust to my families liking. You wont be disappointed and the customer service is Excellent ! Thank You Mikes Pizza

Best place to get pizza in San Diego hands down! The pizza is just like I remember it being back east! :)
