I paid 20 dollars for a iPhone 5 USB cable that worked 2 days, it was low quality and over priced all the accessories in the place are junk and over priced. I was on a business trip and had little choice, 3 days later i got a new and better one at CVS for 9 dollars, DONT pay for over priced junk
the store return policy is 24 hours, are you kidding me

Metro PCS at 311 Market St. and the kiosk at 324 Horton Plaza Mall right in front of Guess on the 1st level are the best ones to go to. Nothing but the best most helpful and most importantly reasonable pricing for phones, plans and accessories. So friendly and outgoing, want you to be happy with what you paid for. Give you your receipt, test call & test internet, if you have any problems we want to take care of the problem for you. Plus, something just to add we do unlocking for phones also repairs for galaxy’s and iphone’s. Thanks for reading, hope to see you soon.

came in here to get phone unlocking for my at&t iphone. I ended up buying a prepaid sim card for my little sister for 50% off. This place has good deals, the staff knows their phones and they’re very friendly. I ended up coming back 3 days later and bought all the accessories for the LG F6… at a discount since I was a repeat customer ;)

I went here as a first-​time customer to activate new service. The customer service was awesome. I left there extremely satisfied despite my initial disappointment at not being able to port my old phone number in. Zabie even took the time to not only put my screen protector on my phone but transfer my pics (some of which I’m sure he didn’t want to see) and show me how to navigate the new device.
The next day when I called and said I may cancel the account because I was still blue about losing my number, he was so understanding that I decided to stay with Metro PCS. I will go there for any of my mobile needs from now on.

Had to make the switch to metro mainly because of my budget. I told the guy that was working there about my situation (I believe his name was zabeef) — he helped me with everything! Hooked it up big time! Also, he kept doing this thing with the sleeves of his shirt, kinda funny — anyways, highly recommend making the switch! Awesome service! Great phones!

Went in to get a new SIM card for my iPhone and to see what phones they had after seeing the shop walking in downtown. To my surprise their price here was less expensive than another metroPCS store I went to. Would definitely recommend this place to friends who need new plans or phones.

Came in to get a prepaid sim card for my iPhone. The sales rep Zabie HOOKED IT UP! He got me everything I wanted, waived all of my fees and got me set up for only $ 40. Awesome experience I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends!
I was looking for a place that sells trendy accessories and I found this place. I bought a portable charging case for my iPhone that I found at Bestbuy for $ 100. Zabie gave me the SAME case for only $ 40. I definitely recommend this this store for GREAT DEALS!
