All i got to say is the past couple of times i call to do a refill and try to reach the actual location since i don’t have the order number, NOBODYANSWERSTHEPHONE. i called twice today and waited on hold for 14 minutes until it hangs up. Im not trying to go to the location and wait 15 minutes. I get out of work at 5:30 everyday and barely have time to make it there and pick it up. Its so inconvenient.

Once again, I received the best customer service from this pharmacy — this time it was from Yoonis. In fact, this is the third time he has given me excellent service. Marie was busy helping other customers and managed to say hello when she saw me. I like how I’m valued here as a customer. And the service is fast. If they say your prescription will be ready in 20 – 25 minutes, they mean it. It doesn’t work that way at other pharmacies I’ve been too. That’s why I come to this pharmacy. Excellent and fast service! Thank you Yoonies, Marie, the pharmacists, and all staff. I appreciate you!

My doctor had to switch my medication to this pharmacy so my insurance would cover it, I was there when the receptionist did it! …I got a call from someone there to say my medication was ready… I go to pick it up and the RUDE lady behind the counter told me I wasn’t even in their system! I call the number back that called me… ITWASTHELOCATION I HADJUSTBEENTO! Don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone EVER… Calling to switch again first thing in the morning!
