They have listened to some feedback and the staff training is greatly improved. It shows in the service, Management on hand and present. Food was as I ordered(I can be a little picky) and the new menu is great yet keeping all the old classics. Food was served fresh and hot.

This place has REALLYGONETA $#IT ! They never finished the remodel, there’s drug addict homeless scumbags washing their dirty @$$, lice covered drawers in the bathroom sinks, it’s just freekin naaasty ! If they burned this place down and bulldozed it, they would be doing the community a favor by cleaning up the f#%king gene pool !!

I always go to this McDonald’s for iced coffee because it’s close to the hospital I work at. the drive thru is always fast even though there’s a line backed up I’m confident that I can go in and out without having my foot on the brake for too long. Iced coffee is always on point, something I can’t say about other McDonald’s. The only confusing thing which gets frustrating is that it has two ordering screens and they only have one lane. Sometimes they use the first one and sometimes the second one regardless if they’re busy or not. Nonetheless, this McDonald’s gets 3 stars!

They threatened to call the cops on me! So I know you’ve read crazy stuff like this before on Unilocal but hear out my story… I love Mc Donald’s I rarely eat another fast food even though my friends razz me about it. I have also lived in Grantville/Allied Gardens for about 16 years so I frequent this Mc Donald’s often. My issue is I always have to pull forward even for stuff they should have frequently on hand like fries. I always comply with this request but I feel if you pull forward your order should be correct. It’s not… So on July 3rd I had enough and called the number on the receipt. Upon calling I got a message they were closed for the 4th weekend. I clearly left my name and number told the same story as above and asked them to call me back. As of last week never received a call but craving Mc Donald’s I went again. Here’s where the cops come in… After driving up to the window I was again asked to pull forward which prompted my memory of not being called back, so I simply reply of no I’m good, they guy looked puzzled so I explain, I have pulled up every time I was asked but my order is almost always wrong and the last time I called to file a complaint I was ignored so I’m staying right here and will confirm my order before I leave. At this point a manager I forget her name but she was a brunette says you need to pull forward to which I replied no I already told him why I won’t. At this point she sort of stomps off and starts dialing on her cell phone. At this point the guy tells me you should pull forward she calling the cops. To which I replied why I wasn’t rude I didn’t curse at here how can she call the cops? He told me well she is but I will make sure your order is correct. Reluctantly I pull forward not wanting waste SDPDs time on something stupid. After some time she comes out and tells me and the first words out her mouth are if I ever come through her drive through again she will refuse to serve me. I ask her were you really going to call the cops? She replied yes I called my manager but he told me I couldn’t that’s besides the point you can’t hold up all these people. To which I replied I wasn’t holding them up you were and if I was treated better by your company I wouldn’t have refused. We basically agreed to disagree and she apologized for the past experiences. That said I was frustrated and my wife refused to let my kids eat the food fearing they had tempered with it due to my refusal. So I will never go there again nor any other McDonalds again and will join my friends who mock people who go there. I will also never contribute to Ronald Mc Donald House as I have in the past even though I know they do terrific work for families and kids. I just can’t support a company that has a relatively simple process with people who want $ 15 or more who can’t count or get an order right. Sorry Ronald… PS To those of you who always have always secretly want to not pull forward turns out you don’t have to

Terrible. I took my daughter there for a quick breakfast. She ordered a sausage mc griddle and the person helping us said that they don’t sell them at that time. So we just continued to order something else. We later heard our helper saying something similar to that girl is so annoying, she ordered a sausage mc griddle when she knows we don’t sell them right now. We made sure to get our food first to inform the manager on one of employees inappropriate behavior.

Probably the most unorganized McDonalds I have ever been to. If ever in the area I would visit another. The wait time was 20 mins for 2 meals so so slow and cashiers didn’t even count right.

In the drive thru I ask for jelly and you would think that giving me s knife to spread it would be appropriate

Horrible place, bad service, not clean, staff(managers) rude & not too pleasant. Managers were working the kitchen so i guess there were short staff, construction is taking forever, making the place looks horribly uncomfortable. Plz fix or close it down.

Please, please, please, someone please tell the guy who fills up the fries to fill them to the top. The guy must hate his job and depriving all the customer of all the delicious French fries.

It’s fast it’s food. It’s one of my go to places when I forget lunch at work :-/Yes the fries and most likely coffee hold me over till the morning. It’s Mc Donald’s not really anything else. I will keep going there. So have the coffee brewed!

I feel bad for the ppl that work here. I feel ppl treat them like scum and don’t give them enough respect. When you see teenagers working there it’s not a big deal. When it’s older ppl you know that this what they can only turn too. So ppl please give them some respect. My rating is based on them not actually being open 24⁄7. We came around 2 am for some food and they said we had to wait an hour till the food was cooked. So I was completely bummed. Tipsy and hungry, and all I wanted was some chicken nuggets. Grrr. And when we came again for a cheap dessert they were all out. So sad.

Not Bad. Not Great. At least by McD standards. Let’s face it where else would you pay more for a small soda then a large. The burgers still kinda look like real meat. Kinda. I think the service is actually pretty good. I think it’s there clientele that scare from this place. Not as many homeless as you’d think based on my previous statement. It’s just the sheen on all their consistent customers that makes me wanna put the burger down and take a look at my life and make a change.

WoW! How does McDonald’s corporate allow this location to have so many problems and SOOOOOO outdated décor??? I try to go to this McDonald’s ever now and then and it’s always something. If you want Decaf coffee BECAREFUL! If the decaf is gone, cold or burnt they will just give you regular coffee. So sad! I like McDonald’s coffee but can only drink decaf so after being served regular instead of decaf I don’t risk it and buy my coffee at 7 – 11. If you really want a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate you may of may not get the chocolate because they can’t afford a chocolate dip heater. It’s broken or not the right temperature 50% of the time. Just saying, This is a McDonald’s, but is operated with people who don’t care and obviously more importantly a franchise owner who doesn’t care about customer service. WAKEUP McDonald“s!!!

Rollo McFlurry: delicious treat or Celtic cousin? Yes. I just noticed that they’re open 24 hours, or is that just the drive Thur? I don’t remember, but at 4th meal I’m usually seeking a taco shop not a McBride. On my last visit I noticed that the drive Thur line was crazy long and the dining room was empty. Counter service was par for the course and no wait time. Happy enough, like a successful Cheeseburglar heist. Wifey appreciated the late night dessert delivery.

ZEROSTARS! I know that McDonald’s isn’t a place for fabulous food or service, but I expect to be treated decent, at least. First of all, their system was down so we had to wait to be served. No apologies or anything form the staff. Second, they made my Sundae ice cream with chocolate, I ordered with caramel. I told them that they could just put the caramel on it too and it would be okay. Then they charge me $ 0.40 for the«extra» topping. Third, she didn’t tell me my total before she charged my card, I didn’t have to sign anything or enter my pincode. Furthermore she didn’t give me a receipt afterwards. I had to ask«How much did you charge me» and«Can I have the receipt, please?». And last, she gave me the ice cream without a spoon and When I asked for it she was looking for it for several minutes before she found one. No «have a nice day» or apologies. WORSTSERVICE! And the ice cream was kind of slushy and watery too… And by the way: The doors to the women’s restroom won’t close properly, so you can’t lock it. Me and my friend had to take turns standing outside, guarding the door, while the other was in there.

Simple math lesson. You boast you’re open 24hrs, yet your system is down 4am-5am(prime breakfast hour for a lot of folks). Wouldn’t that mean your open 23hrs? And to think, I thought I had that darned math thing down!

Went to get a refreshing diet coke and when I put the straw in to take a sip it was pure syrup. So gross and I was already home and didn’t want to drive all the way back.

One of the Employees put her finger inside my cup and drug it through the ice bin to get ice. I had to remind her I didn’t want ice and that I would like her not to put her finger inside the cup I was about to drink from.(She hadn’t washed her hands before hand and may have been cleaning the coffee area). I was disgusted. I wrote a letter to McDonalds. They said it was a franchisees store. I never heard from the Franchisee not that I would go back while that employee works their anyway. What does a finger hole in my big mac look like? It’s not spit but still.
