McDonald’s

It’s small，but drivers are very convenient, everyone are nice. The weight is very big, good！

Me and my girlfriend went for lunch today around 3pm to try the new mozzarella sticks which are super good. Havent been to Mcdonalds in over a year due to poor customer service but today I loved the visitm the mozzarella sticks Definitely recommend everyone to try these (: There’s a new cashier by the name of Asia who was super friendly. Awesome customer Service !! She deserves to have her nametag, to the manager Caitlyn (: Hope she is there when I go back.

This McDonald’s needs work! I saw No gloves and I also saw a ROACH crawling across the counter! How disgusting and they had cookies that the employees leave open, who knows what has infested the food, then when I asked an employee if they used gloves, she said only the cooks! I I could think of was germs! GERMS !!! Then the young/​woman manger rudely interrupted our conversation and distracted the girl worker to doing something else. Do better seriously.

Whoa what a different McDonald’s! I don’t frequent fast food joints what so ever. Although, occasionally I end up in a pinch and see myself rolling through the drive thru. I ordered nuggets, two cheese burgers and fries! They asked for what sauces I wanted, and told them, BBQ and sweet n sour. Duh. Those small details even appeared on the screen! Done deal. I get my food and roll away quickly towards Home Depot (I had an hour before came home to a flooded back yard). Check in my bag, no sauce. Clearly I doubled back, nuggets are not edible without the dipping sauce! I was sweet, peaked my head into the window and asked for my sauce, MAN OH MAN. Did I bother her, she was irritated with me. Oh well I am over it, and on my way to the Depot. Walking into the store, going in for my second burger and WHOOP, it’s not there. I was shorted on that too! After all that, I was not going back to reclaim my burger. Thanks guys, I will keep my business at the Aero Drive location!!! Way better service and happier employees!

This is a small McDonald’s with a busy drive thru. I normally go inside to order. The cashier was extremely friendly and actually made sure I got the right order instead of other cashiers that press buttons and don’t clarify things. But anyway the order came out quick on a sunday morning and I’m giving four stars because this place is cleaner, friendlier, and better than your average McDonald’s.

***I can only review the coffee. I have not eaten actual food from a McDonald’s for a very long time.***
I used to work for this coffee company — Gaviña Gourmet Coffee n Vernon, CA. They have created a special blend for the premium blend for their HOT coffee.
The cold coffee is not the same brand as the hot. **only in Cali, if you got out of state the coffee from McD’s will taste like crap, unless you don’t mind sludge.
OKAY: I realize that I need to buy a coffee grinder, I have a bag of whole beans…
waiting to be grounded… and the fact the beans have just been roasted only 2 weeks ago. makes me cringe and I want to… anyway back to the review…
Back to McDonald’s so… at this moment I have not been brewing my own coffee… so I order a coffee: large, with 7 cream. I can drink that the whole entire day. I have had other coffees, but I like this especially when I am in that early morning rush. The wait is not very long through the drive thru, but I also go in the early morn.

Horrible, Horrible drive thru service after hours! I would give negative stars if I could.

Wow!!! Super friendly and nice. I was taking my friends tray of food back to our table, but I accidentally dropped all her fries… I went up to go buy her a new one, but the employees just gave it to me for free. Excellent service! :-)

You guys are bastards. You are lazy and you do not give a crap about the old McDonald’s mantra of QSV = Quality, Service and Value!
How many order’s of mine do you have to screw up? It is simple, ask questions. I oder and ask you to repeat my order and yet you screw me again?!? AND YET AGAIN the food window person who is trying to fix the issue screws it up once more!!!
THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! PISS POOR QUALITY regarding SERVICE and MANAGEMENT! I can not wait to speak to the regional manager regarding this place…

Seriously how is it possible to hand people drinks without straws? This experience today frustrated me… no straw, cold fries, cold burger… I’m done.

All McDonald’s, including this one, suck big-​time. If you are looking for less than nutritional processed byproducts along with a lion’s share of hormones, sodium and LOTS OF FAT, walk into any city in America, walk into any McDonald’s in that city, and order anything on the menu… It won’t be good for you. Corporate America has poisoned you once again! FREE yourself from ignorance… Make a sandwich for lunch instead and live longer. Eek! Methinks not.

Is it just me or does Mickey D’s have the best Coca-​Cola evarrrrrr???

When did this Mickey Ds open up? I turned into a drive way while attempting to go grocery shopping, and ended up in the parking lot of McDonalds. Pretty sneaky; but since I was there and hadn’t eaten at Micky Ds for about a year i decided to stop by for the famous fries. Also got a Jalapeño McChicken sandwich, which was pretty good but i was disappointed with the fries, they lacked that signature crispy texture that makes them so delicious. Did they change the fries, has it been that long since i had McDonald’s fries?
Anywho, i was surprised but glad to see a McDonald’s here, Its a small location maybe 6 tables inside but there is a drive thru which im guessing will be the majority of the business.
