I got the membership couple of months ago. Had 2 session of ok facials there and were thinking that it’s not worth the $ 59.99 monthly.
I booked my husband 1hour massage for Father’s day. First of all at the time of booking I made sure that they have all my information and its ok to transfer 1hour of my free massages to him but, when he got there for his massage it took them very long to find my information therefor he had 50 minutes of massage not 1 hour. Then I found out that they charged me for extra $ 18 which they are saying its for deep tissue that my husband requested.
Not true. He even had to tell the therapist to not push so hard and leave some muscles alone since he was in pain and only looking for a relaxing massage.
Unfortunately I’m stuck with massage envy for about 8 more months. Will not come back to your location ever and will definitely cancel my membership for next year.
It’s just not worth it.

I scheduled last minute a 90 min massage, they were more than happy to accommodate. My therapist Terrrenz was 15 min late but I don’t blame her at all because that day they were having computer issues and everyone did their best to keep everyone happy. Terrenz was great and very attentive, made sure I was comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased!

I’ve been a massage envy member for almost a year. I have tried various therapist from different franchises. I finally struck gold with Darla at ME in P.Q. Darla LISTENED & FOCUSED on areas that had been bothering me my shoulders & low back. She shares a lot of knowledge & truly understands the anatomy & pressure points of the body. Even though there are closer M. E to home I am more than happy to drive a distance to see her on a regular basis. Book an appointment with Darla now you won’t regret it!

I started coming to this location about 3 months ago. First day I met Carlos he just starting working here, it was his first week. He ask what area do you want me to focus on? Mainly my back, shoulder blade area. He know how to work the kinks, knots and all the stressed areas. He’s very experience not to mention this will be my 4th appointment with him. You won’t be disappointed with his expertise. Just give him a try, everyone have a different style but it’s worth it.

I give Massage Envy RP a 5 due to the fact that John gives the best massage ever. I have gone to many other places incl other ME and have had good massages. However, for my personal pressure and technique satisfaction, John has always taken care of all my issues. I do like deep tissue and he does that well as well as pressure point.
I have also always had nice and helpful people at the front desk. Michelle the manager (at least back in January) was also very helpful with a coupon redemption issue.

I was gifted with a massage and chose this location because it was close to where I was going to be. This was such a wonderful experience! The therapist Mandy was the best I have ever been to! She was super knowlegeable about where I had my back pain and I was so relaxed and calm in the massage and the spa itself. Melody at the front desk was super helpful and sweet and I became a member right there because of these two ladies!

I have been coming here for over a year and have consistently received excellent service. One day I got a young lady named Yoyo for my therapist. She is a darling girl, so sweet and kind, but WOW was I surprised that this tiny little thing could crack me open and work out all my painful knots! She is amazing, I always request to book with her. She remembers which areas are my problem spots and spends extra time on them. As for the location, the rooms are always clean, plush and peaceful, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. My membership here is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

This location is the very best in the Massage Envy chain. I have been a member for over 10 years. As I traveled outside of San Diego I have tried massages at various other ME locations-​this is the very best. I’ve tried many other ME locations in San Diego too and this is the best.
Everyone who works here is focused on the experience and making it memorable. The therapists are skilled and experienced, and make sure that you get the exact massage you want.
Do an hour & a half massage. You’ll be glad you did!

I have been continually visiting this location for several months now and still feel that they have maintained a good level of customer service and availability.
I drive to this location even though another location is closer to my house because the Rancho Penasquitos location does a good job of accommodating appointments.
I have recently been seeing Brooke who is a great massage therapist and my current favorite there. I would definitely recommend seeing her.
I just renewed my membership again and look forward to going back!

Desperately needed a massage and took the only opening they had for the day. A little hesitant to go with a male masseuse but was pleasantly surprised. Best massage I’ve had in a long time! Andres C. at the Penasquitos location was awesome! I truly felt like a new person when I left. Loved his focus on pressure points! Definitely going back again to Andres!!!

I received a Valentine gift card with a cute 5pieces lotion set. Booked appointment at this location. Came in 20 minutes before my appointment. The clinic is nice and clean. Front desk staff was very nice and patient. I got massage and facial. The best ever! I am not a big fan of membership thing. But I couldn’t refuse this one when they offer me a free massage. So I signed up. Strongly recommend.

I’ve never had a bad massage at this location. That said had my first deep tissue with Mandy and it was easily the best massage I’ve ever had! She got out all the knots, which is a true accomplishment for me, and was just the best! Thank You Mandy!

I received a gift card for xmas and thought I would upgrade to a hot stone. Basically, it was about 20 minutes massage over the sheet, 30 minutes without the sheet and 20 minutes with the stones. I suspect he was waiting for the stones to heat up. He never touched the front of my legs. I won’t return.
