Marlyn Party Rentals

I have been renting with them for the last 4 years for my daughters bday party and I have never had a problem with them! Marlyn gives me the best prices and always goes beyond my expectations!

NOBODY RENT HERE!!! I booked a jumper a month ago gave the lady Maryln the address the info the details asked to pay the $ 60 she quoted me upfront she said no wait til the actual day I said ok. I wanted to make sure everything was in order and well planned out for my god daughter first bday party. She said she would call on a day closer to the party to confirm that week and that they would be there the morning of the party. I called today the day before the party to confirm because I have not heard a thing from them and to see if I can pay now and this lady has no info no memory of what I had booked. She said I do have a girl jumper and it’s $ 60 I gave her all the info again address and everything then she tells me I need a generator that is $ 50 extra and other placed I was shopping around they include the generator and I would of not had to pay a total of $ 90 then she says it might be booked and she has to ask the driver he is not home until 6pm he can call me then. This is not an organized place I will never do business again here. I called so many placed it was so stressful and hard to find one last minute the extra cash i felt was like an extra hook very dishonest I should of been quoted right int he firsat place she should of had all the info she took down the day i booked it I booked in a month in advance to avoid last minute issues I did luckily find a jumper on craigslist for $ 70 YAY and a Frozen one. So thank god for that but this was a horrible experience no one should have to deal with a last minute issue like this. The lady should not book jumpers if she isn’t goign to save the info and quotes she gave ppl I see why no one called to confirm I am just glad I took it upon myself to call imagine if no one would of showed up to deliver the jumper last minute??? What a night mare!!!
