My husband & I came here for lunch on Sunday for the first time. I ordered a shrimp taco a la plancha «grilled“and although it was a lil pricey for the special order the taco was huge and delicious and 1 was very filling. It was overfilled w/​shrimp, cabbage & pico de gallo the chipotle sauce was amazing! My husband ordered 2 fish tacos and said they were excellent. Along with our tacos we each received a complementary cup of hot «caldo de pescado» which was excellent as well. We’re definitely coming back.

1. The shrimp taco has like 3 shrimps and three times more cabbage then the fish tacos
2.The salsas are not spicy
3.The girl at the counter is not friendly and looks bothered that you ask for clean lemons and not the ones everyone puts trash in… she only offers the Lil fish soup to people she knows or that ask for it.
4. The fish tacos don’t really have flavor.
At the end I was still hungry but didn’t want to waste money on these people…

The best mariscos in San Diego! Try tacos de marlin, perron, & gobernador those are my absolute favorite! Also tostada chukis is very good! I recommend this place to all of my friends, I always go there when im craving some good mariscos. Definitely give it a try!

Comida autentica y super fresca, precios razonables, les recomiendo el taco perron es camaron con marlin, por otro lado la tostada viagra con chile picado y aguacate en trozos, esta riquisima, los cocteles me encantan con mariscos muy frescos

I had the fish taco and Campechana coctel, it was delicious. My boyfriend had the shrimp tacos and they were excellent as well. I definitely recommend this place they have really good fish tacos, they’re also very efficient and fast! Ask for the consommé! Can’t wait to try the other things on the menu! Chipotle mayo/​sauce is delish! Add it to your tacos.

Great place in CV for mariscos! I had a chicharron de pescado taco, a mariscada taco and clamato de campechana. Hands down one of the best mariscos trucks in SD! Between Kiki’s and Kiko’s they’re a tie in flavor. I’m glad they serve different styles of mariscos.

Stopped at this truck by accident last week, while in San Diego. $ 1 fish tacos, that were unbelievable. Also had a mixed seafood taco that was loaded with shrimp, clams, scallops and octopus, also unbelievable! The girl taking my order, offered me a free cup of fish broth soup, which was a bit spicy, but delicious. I could not understand why they give out free cups of this delicious broth, as they could easily sell it. I’m not complaining, I only wish I lived in the area, I would be eating lunch there three times a week.
I eat at the small table top tables in front of the truck, and I was amazed how many people kept stopping by and ordering food. Keep in mind, they only sell fish and seafood from this food truck.

There’s a reason why when you drive past Main st. and Hollister there are plenty of people in line to order some good seafood eats. This seafood truck has super fresh ingredients. They have the standard prices of many trucks in San Diego, the 99 fish taco, 3 buck shrimp tostadas and so on, but what stands out is the quality.
I ordered the ESPECIAL TOSTADA, which included so many kinds of seafood creatures that I can’t name them all. That ceviche was heavenly. I ordered two fish tacos as well and they did not disappoint either. I will definitely go back again

Tacos y Mariscos el Kiki lacks consistency. The original fish tacos is good for a dollar. La planche are better. These are not deep fried, comparable to grilled. All the tacos are good. If u want a ceviche tostada de camaron, expect a pico de gallo with bits of shrimp. It’s disappointing especially when you order to go. I’ll stick to the tacos. Two stars overall.
