I joined the kickboxing class about 2 months ago. I have been wanting to do kickboxing forever and finally I found a place that I enjoy! The staff are very professional and care about your progress. Master Manna and his wife are very caring. This could be your second home if you are willing to commit. I can see the changes both physically and mentally since I joined and I feel much stronger.

This is a follow up to my post a year ago. I continue my workout in the Kickboxing class. Going on 2+ years now. It never gets boring. Its fast paced, energetic and most of all fun! I’m 59 years young and in the best shape of my life. I mentioned before that I am diabetic(non insulin). The kickboxing has allowed me to not only maintain my levels but because of the class it also allows me to enjoy in foods I would not normally eat. In addition to kickboxing I also take martial arts classes. Everyone there is awesome. It’s a family friendly and nurturing environment for kids, teens and adults. There is a class specifically for adults and focus’s on being physically conscience. Incredibly supportive and the best part is you learn useful life skills. So if you are looking to get in shape, have fun and just feel better overall then this is the place for you.

Our family has been part of the Manna’s family for several years; our two boys attend the after school program, and we attend martial arts and kickboxing. All the instructors and students have a great spirit and willingness to help each other. Our high energy boys love the after school program and special«Parents Night Out» events(bouncers and games and fun). We’ve all benefited from improved fitness and confidence. A great family organization!

Great place with a positive vibe. Grand Master Manna has a magnetic presence and it sure shows on the kids. my two kids 5 and 7 go to Manna’s and have a great time there. We really like the discipline and respect that is in the air there, not to mention love for the kids. The management is very accommodative of schedules and other things and are always on top of things. We would strongly recommend every child to spend a few years at Manna’s for their overall growth and productivity.

My 3 kids have been attending Manna’s classes for a couple of years now. My oldest son actually started with Manna’s at an after school program at school. He really enjoyed the lessons so we decided to continue at the studio. I did look into several other Tae Kwon Do studios, but Manna’s was the best. Master Manna and his staff are so genuine and caring. They deeply care about their students and families. They stress discipline, solid values and citizenship on and off the floor. I’m amazed and impressed at how strong the kids have gotten… both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Manna’s Martial Arts and encourage anyone looking for a martial arts studio to stop by and check them out. You will not be disappointed!

I had to write that the Sensei and his team are exceptional individuals. I had visited and called several San Diego martial arts schools about weapons training and was really put off by their dismissive attitude toward me and my questions. I found that the team at Master Mannna’s school engaged me from the start and were truly interested in answering my questions, and then taking my information to assist me further. Even though I was not an obvious candidate for being a prospective student, Manna’s Martial Art School gets my vote as the best in town, for treating me with respect and candor and taking the time to answer every question I had. The quality of Master Manna’s team is a reflection of himself, and they score the highest marks in my book.

Our whole family trains at Manna’s and we love it. Our kids are in the Dragon’s classes and my wife and I are Songin. If you are 30 or older and thought your chance for martial arts training was over, you are wrong. This is a program designed to make use of our experience and judgement and compensate for slower speed and flexibility. Anyone-athletic or not– will benefit and improve from this. And it’s something you can share with your kids. Due to family crisis we had to make use of the afterschool program and it is great. They run a fun program that the kids enjoy and as parents we like the structure given. You feel like family at Manna’s. They are there to help, not just on the training floor. And really care about the students. The other students also look out for each other. I always try to put some area for improvement in a review to show its real. The only downside to Manna’s is that its not real close to where we live. I’ve counted 6 different martial arts studios we have to drive by to get to Manna’s but I would never consider anywhere else.

What a great place to bring your kids! They learn so much respect for their teachers and each other. While one of their 7 Rules is Obey your Parents, they also have a rule that says Have Fun! My son loves being a Little Dragon and my daughter is begging to be made a Tiny Tiger. We recently went to a belt test there for my son and it was very well organized and all the kids(for the most part!) were following along. They even have adult kick boxing classes led by Grand Master Manna himself!

I have nothing but great things to say about Manna’s. My oldest son has been training there for almost 8 years. He started out in their after school enrichment program and then move to the training studio when he really got into it. The owners and staff at Manna’s are honest and professional people. They truly care about the students and their families. They don’t give away belts, your child has to earn it. Their program is clear and every level challenges the students more but they really make learning fun. If you want your child to participate in Martial Arts and feel proud of what he or she has accomplished this is the place. We moved out of the local vicinity of the studio and I still drive my son 2 to 3 times a week. Could he learn Martial arts closer to home? Yes, but would he have the same great experience as he does at Manna’s? I don’t think he would, so I am the taxi that takes him to get a quality martial arts education. And it is worth every trip.
