My nephew recently had his phone screen fixxed at this store… when my nephew returned home the screen cracked. He took the phone back and they did not honor the warranty… and the lady helping was very rude to my nephew and my 75 year old mom… I was shocked at such unprofessional behavior… makes me more sad that my nephews parents are both deceased and he doesnt have anybody to speak up for him… just my 75 year old mother. Another customer said to file complaint, not sure how ro handle this, just disappointed.
