Little & Sons Property Management Company

I would give zero if possible. These are a bunch of money hungry self absorbed people. Shame on them and everything they represent. They don’t care about anyone but themselves.

We used this company for a year or so, they were rude, told us that if we gave them complete control as managers they would take our vendors out, put their vendors in and it did not matter what the cost was as it was their reputation and not their money. Stay away form them. We had an issue with a board member and the owner sent out letters to all the owners with lies in it when we terminated the company. They would never provide our paper work to the new management company. The new company would call and set up a pickup time and when they arrived, the papers would not be ready, the new company sent a courier to pickup paper work, Little and Sons never provided the paper work!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If it was possible to give less than 1 star, we would do that. BAD Company

Horrible! Never return calls or emails. Never do what they say they will do. They just really could care less about their work. So frustrating!

What is with all property management companies having NO customer service skills at all?
Rude, completely unhelpful, acted like asking questions about a property was the worst possible thing I could do to him. Here’s a tip: don’t work at a property management company if you hate answering questions about properties.
