I’m from New York, and over there we have a lot of Indian stores. Coming to California I wasn’t sure if I was going to get my Indian stuff. You will not believe me how exciting I got when I saw this little India. Me and my husband are in love with this place. Everything that they have is very cheap, they have a lot of her writings of stuff. there is an Indian clothing store over here but the collection is back dated. The groceries have very cheap prices on spices and other stuff. I have not seen any butcher shop there yet. There are I believe 3 to 4 Indian restaurants.

I like this little India center, wish it was bigger. There is a grocery store, restaurant and a place to buy snacks/sweets.

Great center with a number of great Indian food places and a couple grocery stores. India Princess is my favorite in the center, but they are all great. And very convenient to the base.

What a fun shopping center! Delicious vegetarian buffet, three grocery stores, a couple Bollywood video stores, and the best sari shop I’ve seen in the US. There’s even a Hindu temple with gorgeous statues — I peeked inside but was too shy to go in. The shopowners were extremely friendly and eager to help. They spent time showing me how to wrap a sari, and didn’t follow me around the store, letting me shop in peace. I totally will go back here to shop at the sari store, buy Indian groceries, and eat at Ashoka!

Dear Little India Center, Uppar kya hai?(What’s up?) Thank you for helping ease me back into the real world after spending six months in India last year. You know exactly how to take care of my cravings for all things Indian. You had the foresight to fill your shopping center with many different restaurants both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, both North Indian and South Indian. Ashoka the Great, Madras Café, India Princess and Surati Farsan Mart. Whenever I need my Indian food fix, this is where I come. You added not one, not two, but three Indian grocery stores so I can pick up my spices, atta flour, lentils, tea and Indian veggies and make Indian food whenever I want. You have cool stores like; a sari shop filled with the brilliant reds, oranges, golds and aquas of India, an Indian video store where you can rent or buy the latest Bollywood movie and a yoga center for inner peace. You even added a Hindu temple for those that are devotional or would like to perform puja. Little India Center, you though of everything, but where are the masses of autorickshaws, the pollution, the packs of feral dogs and the street urchins? That would make it REALLY authentic. Think about it. Achcha din lo!(Have a nice day!)
