I was recently told by my landlord that my child was too loud and was not allowed to play outside. After researching and finding Craig online my wife and I were excited to learn that these were lies and unlawful as well. We received lease termination threat by our landlord because of our children’s noise. We did some research and stumbled upon Mr. Fagan’s website. The site had great information about the fair housing law and our rights under this law. We called him up for help. Not only he helped us write a legal letter, he assured us that we didn’t do violate anything and that we didn’t have to worry. He was very professional, to the point and down to earth. Our case was resolved in two weeks after the letter was sent. We are at ease knowing that we have someone to turn to even if the case gets more complicated.
