I have to start by saying that the whole divorce process is horrible, wouldn’t wish it on anyone but Andrea really did a good job making sure I didn’t get taken in court. Leading up to my day in court, her supporting staff was great, always willing to answer any of my questions and really got into the details of my case and making sure Andrea had all the tools she needed to present my case accurately. I was quite happy with her presentation in court. This was my first and only time I’ve ever had to use a lawyer so I really don’t have anything to compare to but i do feel confident I was well taken care of. Good luck and be strong. It gets better. Andrea and her staff were so helpful and the best. I was not a party directly involve in the case however Andrea ensured that I received all the communication and provided tons of assistance. She is very knowledgeable and has helped us with a child custody case. I would highly recommend her for any legal needs. We are also from out of state but the case was in San Diego. She helped represent us since we were unable to attend and was fast at communicating to us what had happened. The case was very complex with deployments, jurisdiction because we reside in a different state but she ensure it was capable and has made it happen. I am truly appreciate of all she has done for us.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Just went in for a consultation & was treated like my divorce was my fault, only wanted money from me & had no compassion for the stress & turmoil I was currently going thru. I will never use or refer Andrea Whitehill to anyone I know!!! She is a typical shark lawyer

My cousin is in the beginning stages of a custody dispute with her daughters father. Since she is living with me, I wanted to help her out and if need be, get a lawyer involved. I had an appointment set up for my first consultation today at 11:30am with Whitehill. The appointment had been set since the beginning of the week.
Since this was our first consultation, I wanted to make sure I had all the paperwork right. I took a half day off of work and did all the necessary pre-​arrangements. However, about 20 minutes before the appointment, I get a call from the office saying Whitehill had to cancel the appointment and that we can reschedule for an appointment over the phone!
I had already taken a half day off of work! I had already made arrangements to speak to her and her office calls a mere 20 minutes before the appointment??? And all they have to offer is a phone interview? Really?
With this type of customer care, I decided to go elsewhere. I would not recommend her.
