I’m growing my company and adding independent contractors, so I needed a good IC Agreement document to establish the relationship between my company and the contractors. Kris walked me through the pros and cons of contractors and the pitfalls of calling someone a contractor when they are actually employees. The contract he created for my company covers everything that establishes that the people I hire are contractors, and helps protect me.
He did all this at a fair price and in less than a week.
Kris is my go-​to guy for business contracts/​law issues.

Kris handles all of my Business Legal Matters. He is one of the most thorough and educated Lawyers I’ve ever met, and I’ve met my fair share. There are too many mistakes that can be made when you own your own business and Kris walked me through everything. I thought I was protected and handled things correctly until I met him. If your new to business or even been in business a long time, I highly recommend having a meeting with him to determine if he is the right fit. Winging it is just not a good idea. I won’t make any decisions from now on until I first speak to him. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Kris is an excellent lawyer. Our company was faced with employment/​wages claim and Kris took care of it in the way that he made the whole false claim right. California employment laws can be very unfair towards the employer especially when the wrong employee takes advantage of them. Working with Kris has been a very pleasurable experience.
