The lady Stacy or Daisy, what ever she is very unprofessional and her customer service is terrible. I tried to return an unworn item with my receipt she said I needed to look for my tags. I asked my GF who is a Manager at a High end retail store if this is true, that you need tags to return brand new items with a receipt she said thats BS. Long story short, complaint goes to corporate, turns out Stacy lied to save her ass and said my sweater smelled like detergent and had shrunk do to washing and drying lol!!!, good luck on returns at this store won’t be shopping here anymore.

Horrible customer service. While I was inquiring about a return I have taken the tags off, the manager Stacy not only was disrespectful to me but had started talking about another customer she described as ‘rude’ that just had the same problem. Then she wouldn’t give me customer service phone number until I asked repeatedly(which was difficult since she kept talking over me). I won’t be shopping here again.

I’m a big fan of Lacoste as it was my dads choice of brand since the 80’s… This store is perfectly situated a few steps from the escalator. They have a decent selection of clothing for men, women and children and seem to always have a sale going on their polos. Avoid this place during holiday sales as its a small store and gets packed!

Love their polos… Classic, simple, and noticeable alligator. Great customer service, never too busy inside, and if they don’t have your size they will ship it for free from another store. Not a 5 because the men’s polos are now $ 89.50. Make them cheaper or have a huge sale please!
