Rude staff member kicked everyone out of the office. I needed to fast for my blood work and was feeling dizzy. I wanted to ask how long my wait would be. The rude red headed lady at the front desk yelled at me to get out. I left and will never come back to this location again. They treat everyone like a criminal. I had been waiting for 2 hours at this point. No excuse for this kind of treatment.

Gross. Had to go for pre-​employment drug test. Apparently you can only go between 1 – 3 pm. The wait was 1.5 hours. Staff moves snail slow. The bathroom (apparently the only one in the whole place) was covered in dirty toilet paper and had pee all over the place. Our wait time was delayed by other customers needing to use the singular restroom. Two guys «checking» people in sat up front talking bad about customers after they left.

I HATE getting blood work done. I’m terrified of needles. Phil was so nice. He was very sweet and patient with me. He made jokes and made me feel at ease. I really appreciate how kind everyone was there. Thanks for your help.

I’ll give this place two stars only because I got in on time with an appointment. I am a nurse and went for a drug screen. They treat you like a convict. Which ok, I can deal with a bad attitude. But let’s talk about cleanliness. You give your cup of urine to this person who seems to hate life. Then you proceed to sign the form. That’s fine, but he had paper towels below this so the spilled urine didn’t get on the table surface. However, before he poured my urine into his necessary cup… I noticed spilled urine drops all over the paper towel from previous samples. The pen he made me sign with was even laying in a urine spot. How disgusting! This is not sanitary! Also, to the people who work there… it’s labcorp in San Diego people, you knew it’d be busy when you took the job! How about a more pleasant attitude?

The wait for this place is ridiculous! And they are only open from 1 – 3. You need to get here at 12 to be done by closing time. Idk what the workers do all day! Hopefully I never have to come here again!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a laboratory. I am a nursing student trying to get my yearly drug screen. I called with questions about an appointment and was hung up on. I arrived in person and was disrespected/​treated like a criminal. Do not go here. They are awful.

Easy to find building A, I parked in the back where there is additional parking.(I don’t like fighting for a parking spot) Short walk up the stairs to the right, walk all the way around to the front where you will find a directory. Take the elevator to the second floor, 206A. I made an appointment and arrived almost 30 minutes early. I was expecting to wait a little while. They called my name as soon as I sat down. I was surprised since there were 6 people ahead of me and I arrived before my appointment time. The front desk had a nice man checking people in. I will definitely come here again for a drug screening.

This place sux. I have been here 2 years prior. You could get yoir employment screening during normal hours. Now its only from 1 to 3. Now its crowded no parking and it takes an absurd ammount of time to get this done. The staff is nice enough. I think they know their hour change sux :(

I only go to this place because it is the closest to where I live by miles. If you don’t have an appointment, expect to sit in a crowded waiting room for over an hour. Urine employment testing is only done from 1−3pm.

To make a long story short… I have very tiny, TINY, T-​I-​N-​Y veins and a very high tolerance for needles. After 11 needle sticks, 4 nurses, and 2 days of visiting my doctor’s office for blood work (that was included in my physical), they couldn’t get any blood drawn out of me. So they written a blood order paperwork and I was sent to the experts at LabCorp.
There was a nice asian lab technician at the front desk that I told my blood story to and showed him my bandaged up arms and hands that I got from my doctor’s office. He yells to one of his colleagues jokingly, «We have a war veteran here!!» He made me laugh so hard that my stress about the whole situation completely went away.
I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes and the same lab tech took me to the patient room, closely examined my arms and hands. Within a few minutes, he started tapping firmly on the upper part of my wrist until one of my tiny veins showed up underneath my skin. From there… came the needle stick and blood successfully started filling up the small test tube. I was so amazed after all I have been through the past 2 days with the previous 11 needle sticks, and told the lab tech that he is a magician! I wish I have gotten the asian gentleman’s name so I can give him full credit of my review and for drawing my blood in one stick when 4 nurses couldn’t.

Clean, easy to find. LOTS of parking (which is good when you are holding a bladder full of pee for a drug screening). You can make an appointment online but it does end up being first come first serve regardless. Urine drug tests are only available 1 – 3.

There is now a second phlebotomist at this office. Now that there are two people working, wait times are much shorter. Parking is free and easy to find.

I needed my blood work done and found you can order online tests and show up at Labcorp to get the blood drawn with or without an appointment. I found their location on Moraga easily and went in for the draw. Now, I hate needles and am a total wimp when getting my blood drawn so I was nervous at first. When I entered an Asian gentleman said hi right away and that they would be with me as soon as they could and to sign in. I sat down and maybe 2 minutes later another guy with glasses on called me to the desk to see my order forms. Both gentleman were very nice and assured me they would take care of me as soon as they could. There were about 5 others in the office waiting too. While waiting I watched the Asian gentleman go out of his way to help a blind older patient in to the room and then out the office door when done, it showed he cared about his patients. I waited maybe 10 minutes and the gentleman with glasses took me to a room to draw my blood, I hate the traditional way of a needle in your arm so I requested to take my blood through the top of my hand. He said no problem and before I knew it he had a needle in my hand and was half way done. I never felt the needle or the draw. I was thrilled. He was patient and very nice.
I don’t know if these guys work at this lab everyday but they really cared about what they were doing and I hope I get one of the two again in 6 months.

Go outside of drug screening hours for quick service, they do the drug testing from 1p-​3p. I went after 3p on a Friday and I was in and out in 15 minutes… this including a blood panel where he had to draw blood.
It’s a one man show here, and the phlebotomist/​front desk guy was AWESOME! He was really nice, he even called my doctor because the doctor forgot to actually write on my paperwork exactly what I was getting blood for (you think with as much $$ as hospitals charge they could do something right)… so the LabCorp guy called them up, quickly got the info and had me in and out. He was also very efficient and quick at drawing my blood. and I have difficult veins to draw from and he was able to find my vein and get the amount he needed with NO problems!!! Great great lab!!!

This is the most unprofessional lab I have been to. If you can choose to go to a different lab, then please do so. They have 1 person who is working both reception and performing the tests. This means a huge line Of people. This place is THE WORST!!!

Old drab facility where you will wait and wait. One phlebotomist on hand, always. Expect to wait even with an appt. I only go here because it is in between work and home and I have to have regular fasting tests. Next time I will have my doctor send me to anywhere but Labcorp.

Go to another location.
Here, only one person does the job of two or three. Everything was fine the first time I went there. Six months later, this lady is doing everything herself. I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour.
Today, I walked in and the overworked lady just looked at the standing-​room-​only waiting room and told everyone to please look at the list and consider going to another Labcorp because she is working alone. I look and she is pointing at the Chula Vista and Escondido locations. Whatever!

Friendly staff who will get you in and out quickly.
Easy access– exit i-​5 at Farnet/​Balboa and head east. Make a left on Moraga and an immediate right onto Monair. Make a left at the first entrance into the plaza. From there, the facilities branch in two– you’ll want to make a right to head towards Bldg A. The office is on the second floor (A206). Ample parking available.
I waited about 10 mins in the waiting room. They had two people on staff taking blood samples. The lady I saw had some music going to help people get their mind off the blood draw.

The easiest drug test I have ever completed!!!
I had to come here for a drug test, for my future employer. I drove here directly from my employer to get this done. The quicker I pee in a cup, the quicker they’ll receive the results. And, I can start the new job.
I was told I would not need an appointment. As soon as I arrive, I look over the form I received. Darn it! Labcorp closes for lunch? Seriously? I decide to walk myself up the stairs, and see if this is true… maybe the form has outdated information…
YES! Their open. I sign in. Hand over my I.D. Fill in the form in front of the clerk. Name, S.S.N, Date. Done! He asks me if I can pee right away. I say, «Yes, I came prepared.»
Take off my coat and purse. Wash my hands. I have 4 minutes to complete the task. Don’t flush the toilet, and don’t wash my hands. Got it. After he inspects the restroom. I can wash my hands, and I’m DONE!!!
That was easy!!!
In this case, I’ll say my experience was positive, but my results were not.

I don’t want to return. I hope you understand. But, I highly recommend Labcorp.

Easy and fast and professional. Got there on a Thursday morning at 8:50 and was out the door by 9:00 with my. I was the only person there!

Only one staff does two jobs: Hard-​working, nice lady takes your information at the front desk and she is the one taking your blood sample.
Most of the people were fasting overnight and they were there when the door opened. I got there about 7:35 AM and came out about 8:45 AM.
