«Ah, it’s $ 180. Por you $ 150.» The guy there will make up prices (bec kinda hard to believe he memorizes ALL the prices of his inventory). What made me so special, Kim? Kinda shady if you ask me. This went on until his mean and rude wife took over and wouldn’t even give me a $ 5 discount! LOL.

The owner lady has a terrible attitude towards customers! I wish I can give this place zero star!
I am shopping for a wedding band for my fiancé, and this place is conveniently located inside 99ranch market, so I started my search there. The lady was nice initially and pull out different rings for my fiancé to try on. However, when I mentioned that I am not gonna purchase anything at the moment, she turned around without a word, go to the back of the store and shut the door! Wow, lady, you surely know how to treat your potential customer well!

After months of research, from known retailers to «mom & pop» stores, I came to Kim in search of the perfect engagement ring, which is exactly what I left with. Kim was flexible and patient with me trying to find the ideal emerald cut diamond and setting. I was pretty finicky throughout the process. I noticed a slight tilt with the setting, which was hard to even notice and not their fault, but I wanted to make sure it was perfect. She and her associate, Louis, took care of it right away, no problem. Because of that, the exceptional customer care and empathy they shared throughout, 5 stars! It’s not everyday you can say you got more than what you paid for! They hit it out of the park on this one. Don’t pass them up if you’re in the market for a beautiful ring etc. Thank you Kim Hoa!

They do an okay job changing watch battery, but I just found that one of the tiny screws to hold the battery is missing and I have only changed battery here since I had it new 10 years ago.
