The service at Jared is exceptional from the greeting as you walk in the door to the service you receive to find just the right piece. The sales persons are pleasant and seem genuine, and we never felt pressured to purchase or to use credit, and the relaxed atmosphere makes for a positive experience.
A store could not provide the experience they do without the right people, and Richard at the Carmel Mountain, CA store is the person to see knowledgable, kind, personable you won’t regret working with Richard you will leave confident with your decision because he always has the customer in mind. But don’t take my word for it call and make an appointment to see him. I am sure you will be pleased.

I came in on a weekday afternoon about an hour before they were scheduled to close. The front door was locked, but Khai, the owner, was inside and came and opened the door for me. They didn’t have any jewelry out on display, and he apologized since they were closing soon. I had 2 watches and a necklace that needed repair and I was expecting to have to drop them off, but Khai helped me and in less than 10 minutes I was out the door with all my pieces fixed! fantastic service and I will be back and recommend.

I came to Khai with only 2 weeks before my planned engagement. He introduced me to Danny (the diamond guy) who step-​by-​step walked me through the process of diamond buying and all of its intricacies. I learned more than I ever expected about diamonds and it gave me the confidence in choosing the perfect diamond for my fiancé. Khai was able to bring it all together in a beautiful custom setting just in time for my surprise engagement. Communication is exceptional with this team and they were always able to answer my questions or concerns faster than I could ask them. Best of all, she said YES!!! I’d recommend them to my best of friends and family :)

I went to Khai Jewelers this week for a watch repair. The store is beautiful, and the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and will definitely be back!

So my watch died and I am about to leave the country, so I needed to find somewhere I could take it quick! It must have been serendipity that this jeweler opened very close by (great convenient location, plenty of parking) because Khai was the perfect guy to save the day! I took it in and BAM it was done in less than 5 minutes. He was super friendly and the service was really fantastic. And he had a full on workshop in the back to boot!
I thought it was going to be a chore to fix my watch but Khai made my experience great. For all jeweler needs I’m going to recommend Khai’s from now on to everyone!
