K-Co Construction

The rudest owner I’ve ever encountered in my life! I would not recommend this company to anyone! What a miserable woman!!! If you need a construction company please hire someone more professional. Kristie McCain should definitely learn how to talk to people and communicate more effectively.

Just used K-​Co for the third time! They remodeled my real estate office once and did major jobs, including one room addition, on my home twice. They do an outstanding job. I was especially happy that whenever there was a little glitch (which always happens with a big construction job), they took care of it quickly and to my satisfaction. I also have referred them many of my real estate clients and always get great feedback. Thanks Chad, Brian, & crew!

Our first remodel was a kitchen gut job and a new garage several years ago. Big job and we decided to go with K-​Co because of their BBB integrity awards and their reputation. We were thrilled with their professionalism, their crew’s professionalism and their final product.
We returned to K-​Co for two more major remodels this year because our first experience was so good. We are finished with one bathroom and start work on the other this week. We are glad we returned to K-​Co, and if we need more work done we will go to them again.
Chad has taken over the business and is doing great. Everyone who has worked on our projects has been knowledgeable, on time, friendly and they’ve done a great job. We asked for the same crew for this third job because we were so happy with how the second one went.
