I had the pleasure of meeting Margaret for a facial/​peel a few days ago. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet and seems like its a one stop shop as she offers a lot of services and products! She has extensive knowledge of products and their ingredients and gives great recommendations. I have not tried her other services yet but for now, I know I will definitely be coming back religiously for the facials.

OMG! Margret is AMAZING! I received the most gentle and thorough facial I can’t wait for my next one. Extractions were practically painless, and I am a huge baby. My skin glowed like I have never seen. Cozy atmosphere too!

I am a regular customer of Margaret’s and am always satisfied and impressed by her attention to detail. My last facial was an oatmeal mask and it was wonderful! Margaret is both an incredible aesthetician and person. She is always so kind and accommodating, plus she pays excellent attention to detail. Margaret was my make-​up artist for a photoshoot and she did an absolutely amazing job! My make-​up looked natural, and beautiful not cakey or over done! Margaret is a gem of an esthetician. She introduced me to the Tesla high frequency wand and I’m not sure what I was doing in my life without that little tool. I found her by searching on Unilocal for estheticians who use Dermalogica products. Gorgeous Salon came up and they put me in contact with Margaret (Ioderme is Margaret’s room within Gorgeous.) She will never put needles in your face during her extractions, her facials are extremely relaxing and she only uses the best products! love her :)

I had a horrible experience with this merchant. Do not buy a voucher nor go here… she needs to toughen and smarten up as a business owner.
Firstly, I bought a living social voucher for mink lashes for this merchant. I received a very, very long text message with instructions the night before about what to do/​not do for this appointment, ironically not indicating whom from nor confirming the address though, so I had to go back to living social to find this information. So I shared that this would be helpful in the text rather then all the other detail.
Then, since in her opinion had not removed all my make up from my eyes (I’ve been getting these down for 1.5 years and this has never been an issue anywhere else) I was advised I’d be charged $ 10 for make up removal!!! As if! So, I indicated that if that was the case that I wouldn’t return since this has never been an issues. At that point she told me she was refusing to provide service since I was negative! Unbelievable. I guess she’s not interested in customers.
So I had to have living social refund my voucher — luckily that wasn’t too much of an issue.
It was in a shady part of Northpark anyway, otherwise I would have cared a little bit more.

Margaret is amazing I would recommend her Brazilian wax or any kind of waxing down there for first timers like me! I was really scared to get a wax I had never done it before in my life and im 23: P… but since moving to San Diego I figured why not its going to get hot and I should get over it and try it for myself. She really knows how to make is less painful she works with you, knows all the best moves and breathing techniques to help you get through it :) it really feels awesome afterwards!
She works great with skin is very talented, intelligent and really cares about her craft… She is the best and has great deals and awesome prices!

This is my very first review and wanted people to know about this special treasure I have found for my skin. I am going through menapause and my skin has gotten so dry and well, just not what I like to see when I look in the mirrow! This was the best microderma treatment I have ever had. Margaret is just wonderful! she made me feel welcome with her big smile. she also, advised me on products for my skin type without pushing them on me, infact, I walked out with some free samples.

Margaret at Ioderme is the best esthetician I have ever been to. She can change my skin from blotchy and stressed out to rosy and glowing in one short hour, and leave me feeling relaxed and happy after the treatment. She also suggests excellent products for treatment at home without ever being pushy about it like they are at other places. I have also gotten spray tans from Margaret and was very happy with the results, mine lasted almost 2 weeks and I got tons of compliments on the color.

I am a huge fan of Margaret at Ioderme. She knows how to make you feel right at home, takes the stress away, and work with your budget to help you achieve your skincare goals. She rocks!
