Absolutely gorgeous work. I had the pleasure of getting Ian as my artist. The lines are crisp, detail was amazing, and as to the work itself I couldn’t be happier. Price was very reasonable and atmosphere was chill. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Went to try to get a tattoo and Zak while he had a good portfolio seemed insistent on doing a drawing and if you don’t like the sketching that deposit is gone. If you’re going to claim yourself to be an artist and then you should also conduct yourself in such a way that is responsive to the customers wants to needs versus your own particular version of it

Got some sweet tattoos last time I was in town. Casual clean place, very professional. I’ll go back for number six next time I land there. I’ll check back with the dudes name. He was killa!

I was visiting San Diego on vacation and I randomly wanted to get some work done at a shop downtown. I’m glad we walked by Ikonic and that my friend had pointed them out because I had a great experience! I poked my head in the shop and introduced myself, the guy I ended up working with, his name was Ian(I think, my memory is terrible sometimes when it comes to names), the owner of the shop. He sketched out a great design for the tattoo I had in mind and stuck with what I originally wanted pretty close, but of course made it his own. The session was pretty quick and we didn’t finish until I was satisfied with the work, which I appreciated greatly. The cost of the work done was pretty average and even better for the quality of the work. I’d recommend Ikonic to anyone who lives in San Diego as well as frequent travelers who love getting pieces done at random. They sparked great conversation and were friendly throughout my time there. I’ve been to a few shops throughout the years that had terrible customer service. With these guys, that definitely wasn’t the case. Anyways, I’ll be making another visit to Ikonic some day when I’m back in San Diego! Thanks dudes!
