I took my laptop in … to be fixed, upon the recommendation of my friend Eric Apple.
Hi-​Tech told me it would be fixed within two weeks. All I got was; a run around, 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. then 4 weeks… then 5 weeks… then 6 weeks.
8 weeks later I got my laptop back with burnt out battery. Finally, telling me it could not be fixed.
Tardiness and empty promises that’s what I got.
I would not recommend Hi-​Tech unless you can take lots frustration of listening to all their games and bullshit.
