Hermes Moving Systems

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They cost me so much money in the damage this did to my house. They were scammers, and I would have taken them to court, but they took MY copy of paperwork, when they knew I would find the damage they caused. I hired 3 men, two were OK, and I am being generous, but the third was a day worker, and older gentlemen who had NO experience. He was constantly standing around, and they were all arguing and fighting through the whole process. Then the disgruntled employee, kicked a hole in the wall of my bathroom, then quit and stormed off the job! the leak flooded my house and cause tons of damage. They would not make a claim with their insurance agency, they say they are licensed and bonded, but would not even come take a look at my problem. I noticed the guy kept picking up my receipt (I had not seen damage yet) and of course, when I went to the counter, he had taken my receipt, so I could have no proof. They damaged my furniture, lost tons of hardware, and loaded my garage first, with small boxes and told me they would not be able to fit my furniture. They do not speak english, and drive a crappy, graffiti littered, hunk of junk truck. I hope this saves someone the headache and cost that the caused me.

Luckily I had a much different experience than the other two reviewers. They showed up exactly on time, were very careful with my things, and everything was brought into the new place and put exactly where and how I wanted it. The time only went over by half an hour and I was only charged for the half hour, not a full hour. I think the guys were Mike and Jesus? Bad remembering names. :-(

Do not use this company! They failed to show up for my move and did not answer my phone calls. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
