I just started going to Shauna recently for massages and wish I had started going years ago. I usually have a lot of neck and back pain from getting whiplash in a car accident and she is always able to relieve the pain and make me feel so much better. Shauna is one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met! I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to get an amazing massage. I am so happy I finally found someone that I can continue to go to on a regular basis for years to come!

My first contact was with Shauna, who I guess runs the place with her Mom. She is very friendly and was prompt in returning my calls.
I have some pretty gnarly muscle knots and needed some serious work done. She booked me the soonest possible appointment with Jessyca. Jessyca did an amazing job and was good at communicating and has a very nice touch. I paid for an extra half hour since I needed the attention, but she went even longer than that to make sure she hit all my trouble spots. I can definitely recommend her. As of now she is there only on Tuesdays.
I’ve heard all the therapists who work here are great. Don’t hesitate to try this place if you need some deep tissue work. I hear that they are very good as well with those suffering from migraines. Maybe I will try the acupuncture sometime.

Shauna is the nicest and most caring massage therapist I have ever seen and I will never go anywhere else.
She is amazing and has essentially gotten rid of my migraines. I have tried every medication and even Botox but nothing worked until I saw her. Although I was skeptical and I read how all the other therapies I tried worked wonders for other people, this is the only therapy that has helped me and is completely holistic.
You will NOT find a better massage therapist and nicer person anywhere

Just wanted to let anyone interested know that Shauna is a wonderful masseuse that has helped me on many occasion as well as my wife who suffers particularly with migraines… one of her specialties!!! The location is convenient and nice and the service and price are well worth coming here. My wife and I have never been disappointed in the treatment that we have received. The office is quaint and welcoming. And as soon as you walk through the door the quiet and relaxing atmosphere starts destressing you right away. In short, we LOVE it !!! :-)

Great deep tissue body work! Been coming here for the last few years and all the masseuse have been knowledgeable and well versed in deep tissue work. Current masseuse is Rachel who is phenomenal! I train heavy and my muscles are extremely dense and tight. She really gets up to the task each and every time and knows how to work out problem areas and break down scar tissue. Clean friendly environment and great prices with specials from time to time… and did I mention AWESOME massages!

I have been coming here for deep tissue massages since 2007, perhaps earlier. Every massage therapist that has worked on my back has been amazing. My husband, who plays rugby and Aussie-​rule football, gets massages here when he gets hurt in the back. He’s recommended some of his rugby and footie friends. My daughter was born 8 months ago and since about the second or third month of her birth, I have been coming every other week to help heal from the stress, emotional and physical, of having a newborn. Rachel has been working on my shoulders and neck of recent and I have seen a marked improvement. :)

I completely agree with the other review. This is physical therapy, not just «spa relaxation». I saw Jessica twice here in a week because I had a pinched nerve in my left shoulder blade so I couldn’t turn my head very well without pain, and in general my back was a wreck from 14 hour days at my desk for a week straight.
Jessica is very experienced, located the problem, worked on the pinched nerve and performed an excellent 90 minute deep tissue — the best I’ve ever had.
I actually did two massages the previous week at other places and they barely made a dent in the problem. After the first visit the pinched nerve felt better, but not solved. I went back 2 days later for 60 more minutes and the knot broke loose, the nerve relaxed, and I felt like a new man. Ahhhhhhh!
I have been to many massage places but the level of understanding of anatomy here, the strength in her hands, and her ability to pinpoint problem areas was amazing. I will be going back.
Nice facility in a medical office building, friendly people, and very reasonable fees make this the best massage value in San Diego in my opinion. Go!

I’ve been to dozens of spas in SD looking for a decent massage for my wrecked back. Here, deep tissue means «DEEP TISSUE» & NOT merely having your skin gently rubbed for $ 80. sooooo annoying.

Gail is the owner, and she specializes in acupuncture — thus the misleading name when considering massage therapy.
My wife and I have both been there, and thought it was awesome. $ 60/​hr normally, but your first appt is $ 10 off.
We both used Jennifer and she is dynamite @ deep tissue. A++++
