We live on a main street with lots of traffic and we never felt like we had the privacy that we deserve, since our bedroom window faces the street. We could not be any happier with our beautiful shutters. All of our bedrooms now have shutters, which makes our home look amazing! We have so much privacy now! They also keep our bedrooms nice and dark in the mornings when we want to sleep in, and nice and cool during a hot day if we keep them closed. Not to mention that our house now looks like a model home. Thank You so much Jaime for your professional installation. We are already thinking of installing shutters on the remaining windows of our home.

I always look at Unilocal but this is my first time writing a review and Jimmy Reyes deserves it! My first praise is for the super fast service. I called Monday afternoon and he installed my new blinds Tuesday morning! Secondly, he was on time, courteous, and very informative! He professionally installed 12 window blinds and two patio door blinds, all why holding general conversation, which helped me feel comfortable while having a stranger in our house. His price was a few dollars more than Lowes, Home Depot, and JC Penney, but I’d gladly pay that for the promptness and professionalism. Thanks Jimmy! This Buds for you!

Wow. Can’t decide which to boast about first, the friendly service or the product. Sylvia was friendly and professional. Jimmy came out to consult about our various options for two large bay windows. First we were thinking traditional blinds, however some friends recently had shutters installed and they looked amazing. We pulled the trigger on shutters.
It’s hard to describe just how good shutters look. It literally takes a home to another level. Ask any realtor. Although more expensive than blinds, shutters probably come close to paying for themselves in a home sale. Jimmy also was kind enough to hang a few vertical blinds for us that had fallen. He used clips that are better. You’re in good hands with this company. Great people and like I said, these shutters are GORGEOUS. Thanks very much. We’ll be using them again for sure.

We were missing two mounting brackets for a bedroom blind in my sons room that required a 2 ½×2 ¼ inch bracket. We tried Home Depot and Lowes first, but they only carried Levolor mounts or brackets that fit 2 inch blinds only. After some Internet searching, we called Hardwood Designs Plus to see if they could help us out. Sylvia answered the phone right away, and after we were disconnected, she immediately called us back. She mentioned that she might have some extra brackets in the garage, so we sent her a picture and waited. About five minutes later she called back and said she had the bracket and would deliver it to our home, 15 minutes away, free of charge. Well, the bracket worked out perfectly and we are so thankful for Sylvia’s help! Any other place would have charged for the part and delivery. The customer service at Hardwood Designs Plus is outstanding. I would recommend Hardwood Designs Plus to anyone looking for interior design advice or assistance.

We’ve used Sylvia and her team twice in our home after remodels and have not been disappointed. She does a great job with design and coordinated the installations around our schedule. We even needed to remove a large shutter after the install due to a window installation and they were very helpful again.
They’ll do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.

I am not a regular poster but I had such a fantastic experience I thought other Unilocalers would want to know about this great company. They sent out a representative promptly for a no-​cost estimate. Jimmy was thorough, no pressure approach and explained all of the option for repairing the tilt rods for my shutters that had been destroyed by cats. He told me that they would need to be special ordered and when he returned he did an awesome color match and patching.
They are courteous and have great pricing for the work that I desperately needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to repeat business with them and I’ve told my friends and family about their efficient and quality work.
